Notified staff that bathroom must not of been cleaned prior to stay in our room. Bathroom counter had a razor blade on it and next to that also tissue holder disassembled with bottom tray containing decent amount of residue all inside. The holder looked to not be cleaned for months due to the amount of white powder buildup. Gross!! With fentanyl being as deadly as it is concerns this need to be taken into a higher level of urgency when found. Staff offered nothing besides a giggle & a thank you for telling us. No money back or discount or even a we will alert house keeping for upcoming visitors.

Clean clean nice hotel
It was clean very cleaning the rooms are really big with full size refrigerators, two burner glass top stoves, full size kitchen sink with garbage disposal, full size dishwasher, and microwave with a king size bed and a full size pull out couch. The bathroom is big and a big clean tub. We had no issues quiet and peaceful clean clean it was we stayed for a steelers game and they were the cheapest hotel in the area perfect location to shopping and restaurants and a quick trip to Walmart we will be back in the future for games in town

Our AC was not working properly, making our first night very uncomfortable. We asked the front desk four times to please have a service technician service our AC. No one ever came or followed up with us. Our bathroom had a tub/shower combination. It had no restraining bars or other means to prevent falls. This unsafe condition needs to be corrected.

Fit the bill for overnight
+check in and out went swiftly +accommodating employees +location +quiet on 3rd floor +suite spacious +hot water in shower after several showers +24 front desk +in process of renovating +close to Walmart, Target, food, activities, shopping +breakfast had good variety +Parking well lit +standard 12pm check out +convenience area by check-in 3rd floor gym -had to change rooms-got something different than what we paid for -found pubic hair on the dishes in cabinet of second room -shower head pretty low, so if ur 5’10”+ that might irritate you -smelled like weed and/or stale cigarettes in some public areas -couch pillow inserts were used as bed pillows -no fan in bathroom -2 bed room had 2 doubles not 2 queens -no hook in bathroom -iron missing (might bother others) -not all outlets worked-weird since it would be 1 of the 2 not working, not both Overall would stay again as it looks like a work in progress, people were nice, location was perfect for our needs, and we felt safe.

The room was nice, the pull out bed is not so nice. It was stained with NO sheets to be found in the room to be used with it. Our air conditioning didn’t work properly and our toilet was constantly running so it was hot and noisy. I did like the location though the parking lot and the entrance to the hotel could use a new surface. The free breakfast in the morning was very nice. They had a glitch they told me in their computer system so we had like three people knocking on our door wondering if that was our room or not. That was pretty annoying. If you’re looking for a pool, this is not your hotel. If you’re looking for a nice restaurant or bar inside the hotel, then again, this is not your hotel. It was pretty close to lots of different restaurants and shops.

I am extremely sorry for your experience. We had Orkin come out and check out the room for any roaches and they said it was not roaches but just bugs and they treated the room. They must have come through the window left open by previous guests that had stayed in the room before you.I once again apologize for the unpleasant expeirence.

Great location if you’re visiting to watch a Pirates game, quick Uber ride got us to and from easily. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great family stay
Nice clean hotel in a great location. We’ve stayed here twice now for two different sporting events and like that it’s close to the stadiums but you don’t have to deal with parking garages or main city chaos. It’s right near lots of restaurants and shopping plazas. It had a home away from home feel.

I would give it a 7/10 rating
I would say that our stay was good. The room was good, the breakfast was OK as well. I would stay here again. The hotel could use some touchups. The rooms, in my case, did not have a desk chair which would have been nice. Outside there was a need for someone to do a little litter pickup. The staff was very friendly and as noted, I would stay here again as the accommodations in the room were comfortable.

the hotel need an serious update
The hotel was too outdated. It was old and smells. people smoke corner of path way to parking lot. Kids and people who do smoke have to smell it. The front desk personnel were very nice and friendly. (plus) Room/building: definitely need update. we are on 3rd floor, the hallway smell like fried food whole time. the room is OK bed and sofa bed were ok for 1 night sleep. sheets are clean. Kitchen is clean, but definitely need a new update on the floor and room. The bathroom door was so old. The extra door lock was loose. The reviews said 8.0/10 and New??? not sure where "new" come from?! we thought for 1 night would be fair. I would say 6/10. really need a lot of update.

If you didn't book the correct room type, that is not an error on our end. The front desk would have given you an ice bucket if asked, also. Don't waste your money here
I had booked two suites, and both had some problems. The kitchen sink was choked and overflow when you ran dishwasher. In the other room, there were no utensils, broken dinner plates and no towels.

The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are spacious with good size fridge and shower. Free internet. Great gym and pool for kids. Wish they had a peloton :( free parking
