Three hotels share one breakfast room. Queues for coffee and food.both of which kept running out. Not a great start to the day

Nice place to stay for the night

Location: When they tell you some place is 5 mins walk, its more like 15mins. Not bad but worth noting for anyone who does not like to walk.
I had a long overnight stay in Brussels and chose the hotel due to its proximity to the Grand Place. It actually exceeded my expectations considering it is in Europe although I never got my "Expedia Plus Gold" freebies.

Very nice and clean in a noisy location. It feels like a new world when you steps into the hotel as it is much better than outside. The entrance to thmy hotel is locked by room key.

The hotel was very nice. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was in a great location for us with easy access to the subway and to the trains.

very central yet quiet & great value

Pros: central location, lovely clean room, varied breakfast buffet, great price
Cons: enforcing check-out times? :)
Location: central location (few mins walk from EC building, Gare du Nord, shopping mall, metro station & restaurants)
I chose to stay in this hotel again after last year's great experience. This hotel looks very modest from the outside but quite luxurious inside. Great facilities, very clean, very friendly staff and also restaurants, a shopping mall, metro stations and a central train station are all a few minutes walk away. My only problem was out of the control of the hotel: the previous guests were late checking out so my room was not ready at 3pm (I had waited an hour at the airport so that I arrive at the earliest check-in time) and it took 1 hour for my room to get ready, so by the time I go to the room I was shattered and starving! But again it was not the hotel's fault. And the room was worth the wait too, it was looking at the back over the conservatory to a "wall" that was full of lovely paintings of a blooming garden! Excellent idea! Despite my negative experience this time, I will definitely stay there again next time!

Not a 4 star hotel. Looked more like an old 2 star hotel from 80s. Bad breakfast and always an empty reception. Hate it .
