There were baby ants in my cups and all over the table. Also my friend was very sick, and after explaining to them they were in a rush to kick us out despite us trying to explain that we will pay late checkout etc. just very unempathetic and aloof

I had a wonderful visit at Coypel hotel, my first time in Paris. The staff was very professional, polite, they spoke English and were attentive to what I needed. The breakfast in the morning is definitely worth it. The rooms were cleaned every day and the location is great. It is a little out of the way from the main attractions, but easily reachable with the metro or by using a bike for rent. Thanks.

It is small hotel but very neat and well organized, linen are comfortable. the location is good, which is near the subway, and a lot restaurant around.

Small, clean room. I was facing the inner courtyard so little traffic noise. There was a rumble occasionally from the Metro which passes below. Friendly staff, adequate breakfast

it is a Causey. hotel in a quiet area. services are available nearby restaurants and shopping mall Italia Avenue. transportation near by 5 minutes' walk. but will not recommend Saturday and Sunday it is too quiet and nothing to do .

We stayed for 9 nights and had a grand time. Centrally located--near the Metro! Close to tons of places. Staff very fluent in English. Great morning breakfast. We always felt well taken care of. Highly recommended

Good price for central Paris. Bed wasn’t super comfortable and the walls are pretty thin, but I find that’s pretty commonplace in older European hotels. Metro is two blocks away, laundromat is 1 block away. Lots of dining options within a few blocks. Two nearby grocery stores and a small fridge in the room if you don’t want to eat out 3 meals/day. I’d stay here again when in Paris.

Great location and value
Great location. I love the 13th arrondissement, not at all touristy but with great cafes, restaurants, cinemas and bus and metro links. My room had been recently refurbished and had a large bathroom, with bathtub and shower over. AC too. Huge bed, which took up a lot of space but was very, very comfortable. No kettle or similar in the room, which I missed.

The rooms are clean, the service is kind. My only real complaint is the lack of amenities, my minibar was empty and off. I went to the nearby Carrefour multiple times to get something to drink

Loved this place I would stay again
Really wonderful location! Right next to shopping , cafes , underground Metro. The police station was right next door so very safe ! I walked up to the Latin Quater every day amazing little cafes and shops. It was about 1.5 miles to Norte Dame and the Siene but I loved it. Air conditioning and elevator were great for me ! Staff was really great !

Fine for a few nights. No surprise, but my solo room was nothing like what was pictured. But although the room was quite small, it was clean and tidy and pleasant, as is the staff. And, well, it's in Paris ...

Air conditioning did not work. When I asked about it the clerk said that it's the same for all the rooms, and that it would be the same no matter what, theres nothing he can do. not the best customer service, I went to another hotel since, of course I'm there to sleep.

Excellent location. Very close to metro and bus stops, very safe and residential neighbourhood. Restaurants and grocerries are in walking distance. None smoking hotel and sone rooms have even small balconies. For a single, couple, or with kids it is a nice causy place to stay. Everytine I stay in Paris I stay there. Friendly welcoming staff. Price is an extra plus of course. ( cinemas, hospitals, even a police center is within 300 metres) you will like it

Coypel Hotel.
On my hotel description it says “26” flat screen tv.” That was generous. “Free toiletries “- none to be seen... I like the location. It’s close to the Metro, restaurants, cinemas. Walls are a little thin. I think it’s closer to a two-star than a three. People at the desk are helpful.

Very good, newer finishes, clean and well located.
For the type of hotel this is (smaller older building), this was probably one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed at in Paris. Finishes were fairly new and although the washroom was small, it wasn’t claustrophobic. Very clean and I would stay here again

Excellent stay!
2 days in Paris le 13eme. Hotel is near by Centre Italie 2. Very very very friendly staff..safe too since the neighbor is the police station!! The guy working night shift is adorable
