“Room wasn’t clean hairs on bed blanket towel and water was on floor before we got to the room”

“We were under the impression that a continental breakfast was included with our stay, but it was a disappointment every morning. The breakfast area was consistently messy, with many items either unavailable or not replenished. The juice and milk dispensers were frequently empty, and several advertised breakfast options were missing. The hotel itself is outdated, which wasn’t a major concern for us. However, the lack of upkeep, especially in the bathrooms, and the absence of the advertised……

“I have stayed at Motel 6’s in a variety of states and this location is hands down the most disgusting place I have ever walked into. Ok! So you know when a sentence starts with ok you are about to get a story. We roll up to the motel. First sign should have been the smell of skunk weed or the hotel staff behind bullet proof glass. Then there was grills, pet bowls, and other things that you probably don't see at a hotel. We get the keys and as I'm trying the key card the lady in the room next……

“If you are looking for a room that is hands down best price in area this is it. Comfortable beds excellent water pressure and very hot water! The General Manager runs a tight ship, i would have her on my team any day, very hard worker and so is the rest of her staff. The money you save here allows you to visit more of the Awesome Fox Valley/ Naperville!!!”

“The air coming from the air conditioner smells bad. The corners of the ceiling and walls are dirty. The bathtub drain is clogged with a plastic bag from soap packaging, so the water doesn’t drain while taking a shower. The hygiene is very poor.”
