Nice hotel very nice staff clean rooms comftible bed location right of the hwy ... Only draw back is very high incidental charge takes a while to get Back !

Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was old.

Overall the stay was enjoyable. The AC unit in the room was very loud and kept waking me up.

Needs a Tightening Up

I was disappointed by the shabbiness of room 216. One of the brackets was falling off the bathroom wall (towel holder), the a/c seemed to work intermittently, the bathroom door handle is falling off (screws are loose to the point that it hangs).

One of the best hotels vs other hotels.

Very clean-close to spotless, air clean, spacious room, king size bigger than regular king in other hotels, bed comfort, fluffy, pillows great for my neck head pain. Decor nice, furniture in room, usb port for phone, outlets by bed, coffee pot area is on a spacious granite counter top, with height, with room for food, best in room tasting coffee vs other hotels, vanilla hazelnut creamer available(free) and can be sent to room, herbal tea available(substitute any flavor from restaurant for you)free dasani purified water with room, and housekeeping friendly, helpful, Lucy very nice, makes you feel at home, microwave fridge with room, both clean. a brown bamboo cafe pouch for women to keep, with regular and decaf coffee in it. Lighting could be a little better. room for good physically disabled. I like the natural sugar packets,Ice bucket with ice utensil, air filter machine for room if needed,AC QUIET. Ac important I needed constant cool air flowing in room and it did. it had wall unit, and fan so it can stay on all night. Front desk friendly, answered questions, answered phones, no problem with needing something and brought to room. my food delivery was delivered to room, so I didn't have to go to lobby to get it! I ordered from " Bella Vista "5 🌟,Buffalo chicken slice was one of the best ive tasted, for long island and size slice and the chicken roll big, fresh, soft, worth the money spent. variety selection of wine, beer, (USA and international)room serv.reward pts
