Incredible stay!
I was 100% satisfied with my stay at this hotel and the service was above and beyond to give me a good experience! The room was spacious, the shower was nice, and I am so glad there was a heater in the room! Bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, and the location is great. The service however was the best and there was water in the lobby which came in handy. 10/10!

Great getaway to Gremado!
We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The room was a little small for the family, so if we were staying for a longer trip I’d recommend upgrading. Otherwise the amenities, the service and the location were fantastic!

Cobrança de taxa não informada na reserva
Foi cobrada uma taxa de serviço/atendimento de 10% sobre os valores TOTAIS das diárias, o que não consta em lugar algum da minha reserva (email/site). Paguei antecipadamente e a única cobrança a pagar no hotel seria a taxa municipal, conforme reserva. Questionei a taxa no checkout, uma vez que já estava em um período com diárias 2-3x mais caras do que o normal e a sensação que tive foi que há uma coparticipação obrigatória do hóspede nos salários dos colaboradores. Foi uma surpresa desagradável, pois paguei 250 reais pelos serviços básicos de atendimento em qualquer hotel (3 dias). Também, não vejo sentido em o hotel informar que possui estacionamento se o meu carro era retirado todas as noites para outros serem colocados, de forma que pernoitava na rua. O serviço de manobrista é falho, não há manobrista, é direcionado ao pessoal da recepção, que quase sempre está ocupado em atendimento. Não recebemos brinde de boas vindas, muito menos qualquer outra bebida foi oferecida, o que contraria a reserva. Por fim, nunca tinha ficado em um hotel sem flexibilidade alguma para checkin antecipado, tentei entrar às 10:00h, mas fui informada que apenas poderia às 14h. Fui para a cidade e retornei passando mal às 12h, sou diabética e idosa, estava literalmente chorando de dor na recepção e recebi a mesma informação: apenas às 14h. Depois de muita insistência, entrei às 13h. Bastava dizer que tentaria antecipar 1 minuto que fosse caso desocupasse algum quarto que seria suficiente para mim.
