Had a few ants in my room, Iron was broken. Sink facet water would not get hot. These were small problems and not major concerns for me. My iron was replaced, only saw a few ants, and I used the tub instead of the sink.

Decent hotel

The young man at check-in was a little standoff-ish at first, but he ended up being pretty accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was nice. There was a hole in the ceiling near the water sprinkler, which was a bit of a turnoff and the hallway and elevator smelled like the 60s. It is a decent hotel for the price and it's in a very convenient location as there is a convenient store and a strip mall right next door, so you don't have to drive far for good food or anything. I'm sure it will be better once construction is done.

Staff not helpful

We asked multiple times for staff to talk with lodgers next to us to lower their noice volume and stop fighting. Both nights we stayed, they fought, all night & we got no sleep.

A nice location, quiet and pleasant helpful staff

Enjoyed the pleasant, helpful and kind staff and the peacefulness of this location. Room clean and quiet. Two suggestions is #1. to have access to print directly from the lobby computer and #2. HAVE SOME LOCAL MAPS AVAILABLE PLEASE. Just advertisements for retail/amusement places doesn't help with the logistics of navigating the enormous Dallas + area.... Question: Do you "manage by phone " from afar ? rather than visiting the staff, etc. Suggest: come meet them and thank them for their work.

Nice for the price

Nice hotel for the price. I stay here often to be in the middle of plano near Frisco and it is easy to access and very easy to park
