Worst hotel experience in my life! I first walked into the room to see it filthy with bugs all over the place. The bed linens were stained as if they had not been washed and when going into the bathroom, I lifted the toilet seat lid, and it was completely dislodged, and was just balancing on the rim. I immediately went to Walmart and picked up king size sheets, and pillowcases, and also some plastic bolts to bolt the toilet seat on to the rim of the commode. The room had a awful smell inside and the refrigerator was so old. It had rust all over the front door and was disgusting to even want to touch better yet put anything inside it.
This hotel is mostly section 8 government assisted housing, and when you walked out of your room every day, I smelled a strong odor of marijuana on my way to my car.
On the third day I got up and noticed on one of the walls that there were thousands of what appeared to be termites that had just popped through the wall so I took a photograph and brought it to the front office of which nothing was done about it The first day I was there. I had no hot water in the shower so I had to take a cold shower, which they did come the following day and fix.
Very often there were people just leaning against the wall of my room outside my door smoking cigarettes
If I had not pre-paid for a six day stay, I would have left on the first day it was difficult to just get through that whole week with the filthiness AWFUL!
