Very good location and it has a pool.

Pros: The location and the staff
Location: Lots of shopping and eating places close by.
Nice and quiet with lots to do close by. The Mall is right next door and the movie theater also.

Not for me, or anyone

Location: I was there on business, and although I did not go out this trip, the area has many stores and places to eat nearby. The location is ideal
The hotel staff was nice. However, once in the room, it was not clean. It also had no plates, silverware, cookware or a coffee pot. They still are using the blankets from the 1970s hotels and the sheets are threadbare. They provided two bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth for a two person room, with no bathmat. When they were asked for the additional amenities, I was told that they did not have the items at that time. The carpet was so dirty, I had to wear flip flops in the room to keep my feet clean. I know that the hotels that act as extended stays do not have as many services on site as a common hotel, but this one could not cover even a person's basic needs.

The ratings are deceiving

Pros: The only reason I used this hotel was the other hotels in the area were screwing customers over at double the rate of this hotel.
Cons: Everything could be improved.
Location: The hotel is located across the street from the Broward Mall. There are some pretty decent restaurants around plus the usual chain restaurants.
Upon walking into the room, two cockroaches scurried across the wall near the a/c unit. Then another cockroach was on the toilet paper roll. I thought they should have provided me with a complimentary can of bug-be-gone to assist them in their infestation problem. Another issue is I must have been located next to a smoking parlor or something. All I could smell coming in through the a/c unit was the nasty cigarette smoke from outside. I noticed quite a bit of mold throughout the room. The bathroom was the worst. Mold around the tub and at the top of the toe kick panel at the floor.

At the check in desk no information was given on change of towels or the chage of bed lining so i had the same towels and bed lining for three days that was poor wifi no good poor conection

Good for the price

The breakfast is a granola bars, coffee in a bar it is not a breakfast included.

Nice to be near great restaurants.

Two hookers in lobby when I came back from dinner hanging out . Roach on wall. Took care of him. Room clean, elevators not.

Good location, but rooms aren't that great. For the same price, the La Quinta we stayed at was far better in terms of bedding, cleanliness, etc

Rude lazy staff

Pros: Not worth my time anymore.
breakfast and coffee out most of the time. Staff treats you like you are bothering them. Poorly or more like not managed.

Pros: It was the only hotel available closest to my preferred vicinity.
Cons: Cleaner lobby, and better rooms.
Location: This hotels is located off of University Drive, and is within walking distance of restaurants, banks, and shopping.
It was a last resort for an unplanned trip right after Hurricane Irma. The lobby was pretty unkempt by basic standards - noticeable trash/dirt on the carpet and smudges/fingerprints on the front desk and side table. The lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful. She even assisted me to my room (first floor), since my hands were full. Check-in was quick and very efficient. The room was in need of an update (popcorn ceilings, formica kitchen cabinets, bath and shower liner, furniture, bedding, drapes). There was a weird smell in the room, as well, like a mix of dampness, old funk, and a floral scented air freshener. Usual fixings were not in the bath (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.) except a bar of soap. Maybe these are usually provided upon request from the front desk. The bed was stiff, for my taste. At checkout (two days later) the same smudge/fingerprints were at the reception desk. I reported the smelly room issue. Hopefully, at least that gets fixed so that no other patrons would have to endure that.
