Great location in Plantation

Check in took 2 minutes, the agent was super friendly. The room was ready, clean and stocked with everything I needed. We got a quick breakfast, it wasn’t the best but I was fine with it. They had a computer/printer setup that allowed you to print at no cost. There was ample parking, the location is close to malls, restaurants and the highway. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay!

It was awesome. Room was spacious and the bed.... oh the bed.... soooo comfortable. I didn't want to leave the bed at all.

Not a bad overall experience. No vending machine on the floor that I was on, nor the one above despite signs indicating so. Only ice machines seen. Gym equipment was old and run down, some unusable. Gym room smelled very bad... old carpet musty smell. Smell hits you right away when you enter the room.

I apologize your experience was not up to standard. We are undergoing some construction in the vending areas and the soda machines were temporarily removed so the floors can be replaced. Convenient to interstate nd West Side business

Easy to get to but disappointing facility. Worn and soiled common areas. Air Conditioning not working and no personnel available to repair due to evening hours. Staff indifferent.

Nice location, close to shopping and restaurants

Overall we were happy with our stay, we were in the area for a 50th wedding anniversary party. The hotel was close to the venue.

Bad hotel stay

Pros: Staff very friendly
Cons: Quit putting holds on peoples credit cards this is the only hotel that does this. I still have not got the hold off of my bank card!!

Room bed was bad and hurt my wife and my back after one night of staying there. We also got severely sick from the mold smell due to the hurricane water damage the hotel took form the storm. They need a complete new roof and need to gut the entire inside of the hotel and start over due to the damage and health hazards.

When I arrived at the Hotel they didn’t have a room for me. Also, I booked a king room and was given a double room. The room was a handicap room which the shower spryer did not work properly.
