Very Pleasant Stay for Two Nights

Everything and everybody was first rate. When the inside door handle of our room fell off (screw came out) it was fixed promptly and in return we were given two free vouchers for buffet breakfast for our inconvenience. Free WiFi.

Nice hotel but lack of service

The room was nice but there was a little smell of humidity when entering. The card key kept disactivating, we had to go back tonthe front desk every time. When ordering in-room breakfast, the waiter had to come back three times because he jept forgetting items. The breakfast in the restaurant wasn't good.

The location was not brilliant but it was a very comfortable hotel for a short stay, especially if you are overnighting to join a cruise or returning from one.

Overall a pleasant hotel...

This hotel was decent. The lobby was lovely and room was decent (not spacious but then again I purchased the standard room). No real complaints except that ice machine on 6th floor had no ice and there are no drinks machines in the hotel to buy a small soda or juice...one would have to go to the lobby shop which had very little to choose from. Room service however is excellent and the staff are also excellent. The hotel is overall a good one.

Good hotel, but far from entertainment and beach

Good for meeting and eating!

Came for an annual corporate seminar and banquet. The facilities and food were great! The food served during our seminar was really tasty and beautiful to see. The food during the cocktail hour and banquet were well above average and also elegantly displayed. Our room was comfortable and clean, as we expect from this caliber of h hotel.
