Was pleased.

Besides a few minor issues, which was not a big deal, I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Horrible experience. Loud neighbors, room smelled of smoke, ashes left from previous people. Sketchy location. Will not be going back.

You get what you pay for

A cheap hotel in acceptable condition. It has a pool, a fridge, microwave, vending/ice machines, standard washroom and shower. Nothing out of the ordinary. The only negatives were the random puddles on the second floor and the moldy exercise room.

Pros: The hotel needs renovations and furniture's update, and professionals receptionists periods.
Cons: Anything and Everything can be improve, they invest money and they get their money back that's all,
Location: The location is perfect, actually I'm wondering how come a 1 star hotel located there!
Receptionists do not know how to accept, they have no cordiality or enjoyable, no matter what you ask them, they have a stupid attitude, not professionals.

Great Swimming Pool best part of this older motel

Posted Aug 26, 2017
Pros: Low room rate for a walk up, two story, garden type Ft. Lauderdale motel. Large swimming pools like this one are disappearing fast in Florida!!
Cons: Oversized facility for the current market, not worth putting big bucks into upgrading the buildings which are too advanced in age.
Location: Busy commercial area more in the central part of Fort Lauderdale and not too far from airport, easy access to freeway and toll road.
Property has seen better days. Facility is deteriorated and obviously designed to handle large conventions, likely in 1960's and 70's, and just about at end of its useful life. My room was decent and quiet. if anyone needs a low cost place to stay for a night or two this motel will do.

you get what you pay for. I never could get the internet to work. The staff at the desk had no clue about professionalism or customer service. The room was cleaned but smelled awful.

False advertising

There was no continental breakfast. It's a good thing Denny's restaurant was near by. I booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had a moldy smell. I asked for rooms to be next to each other and they weren't. I asked for refrigerator and microwave in all 3 rooms and only one room had it. The pillows were so flat n almost non existing. There was no flat screen tv all the rooms had the old square tube tv. This place needs an upgrade.
