“Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. En revanche, plusieurs points positifs : le petit-déjeuner……

“The pictures of this property on Expedia are in no way representative of the actual property. Had I seen actual pictures before booking I never would have booked here. The bed is horrible, not like the pictures at all, not enough pillows. No amenities, no coffee unless you go to the front and pay for it from a vending machine.
