Hotel close to amenitiesPosted Dec 8, 2017
Hotel management and staff lack proper communication. Staff moral is very low. Room not clean regularly.

Not bad for the cost.Posted Dec 2, 2017
It isn't a 5 star hotel so don't expect anything extra than what you need. Rooms are small and basic but you don't need much more. Mostly it's fine. But the bathrooms are by far the worst. They are tiny, and you'll get scorched by the water in the shower. You literally have to shower at your own risk, I got burned. Other than that the location is good. Not a far walk to downtown or to good food places, not to mention Mont Royal. If you like comfort don't stay here. If you want the privacy a hostel doesn't have but don't want to pay lots for a hotel, Hotel Park should work.
Older Hotel with Great StaffPosted Nov 11, 2017 on Hotels
Very helpful staff, good use of the kitchen facility, good location for access to area amenities & Montreal core area - parking was difficult, but made due with the help of staff knowledge of conditions - older building, but so is Montreal - car problems prior to leaving and staff allowed a later check-out - would recommend this place as good value in the Montreal area

Good location needs a slight refurbish.Posted Oct 18, 2017
This old converted apt. building is easy to access and on street parking available in front of the hotel and is inexpensive. The staff were very helpful. The room was really adequate in size and amenities like washroom, closet space,tv, wifi, writing desk, microwave oven and even a sink. The heating and ventilation was good on a pretty cool evening. The noise level in the room from the major Parc Ave. thoroughfare was minimal even during rush hour. It could serve as a small one bedroom apt. for a medium term visit. There are lots of good restaurants of many varieties nearby. This is a great location for anyone wanting to explore Plateau Mont Royal district. With a bit of upgrade the hotel would much improve. That should include a fresh painting of the rooms, new mattresses and modern bedspreads and curtains along with some new towels. Those small investments would doubtless return a profit very quickly. Spruce it up! The price was right. This hotel was good value for money....but could improve.

Terrible!!!Posted Oct 11, 2017
The room smelled like cigarette mixed with a whole lot of spray. My kids had a hard time breathing. My 5 yrs old started wheezing. They all woke up with their face covered in dumps. The floor was so uneven you feel as if you're in a dizzy house. The door was ducktaped. There are holes in the wall around the a.c. The shower looked like its only 2×2. The bathroom smelt like an outhouse. The bathroom sink is in the room. It was horrifying.

Hotel in town on the edge of town.Posted Oct 5, 2017
A writerly coop to keep yourself out of the way while at the same time remaining accessible, and connected to reality. Near everything you please along the pleasant stretch Av du Parc parkway. A very restful and real place to lean on if you like drinking coffee and going on long walks.

Cons: renew all the building
Location: No idea
No breakfast, no parking, wi-fi not working right, in fact, comming from Switzerland, it was a bad experience
