Located in a central part of town

Genuinely nice hotel for the price that I paid. Nice staff; was half an hour late checking out and they were great about it. Overall great experience.

Pleasant staff, newer and very clean

Pros: Clean
Cons: Fix the load pipes so people can sleep
There was a load noise coming from the soffit above the bed that kept us up all night. Impossible to sleep through it. Got up in the morning more than when we went to bed.

Bathroom floor was not clean

Pros: Staff is great!
The bathroom floor was not too clean and the comforter was not heavy enough to keep me warm. I had to boost the heat up to 75 degrees, which made the room dry. I prefer to sleep in a 68 degree or lower room with sufficient blankets and comforters to keep me warm.

Location: University and shopping and restaurants
Close to university. Good value for your money. Good hotel in college town and good for use by families for graduations etc

Staff was very inviting. Great for families. Pool and games area is fun for the children. Room was very clean.

Poolside Rooms are Fantastic!

We stayed in a poolside room for a family night. The room opened directly onto a patio area around the pool, which was really convenient. The room itself was excellent; nicely furnished, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices. We will definitely be back for our swimming overnights. Any parent knows that cold run from the pool back to your room can ruin the fun. This room eliminated that, plus provided extra "living space" so we could spread out. Pool was open until 11, so if a swimming trip is what you have planned, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Pros: Mattress
Cons: Breakfast area could have been staffed by two people on a Saturday morning. It appeared there was only one person. Coffee, water and juices ran out.
Location: Lots of restaurant options. It’s in the Adirondacks, enough said!
Mattress was amazing!! Breakfast was very good! Indoor pool was perfect temp, had an unusually deep section, and was not over chlorinated - very enjoyable!

We stayed here for 1 night and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was great. Even my husband who often has trouble sleeping slept great there. There are restaurants in walking distance. Oh - and the breakfast served had everything you could ask for! Overall, a great stay and experience even after walking in a bit skeptical. (Upon our stay the hotel was under renovation, hence the 4 stars for the hotel facilities and conditions. The hallways could also use a bit of updating, but otherwise, renovations means it's going to only get better.) Overall, great value and experience.

We are now renovating the public spaces including expansion of the breakfast area.
