First time staying here, and would stay again. Had a couple issues; hair dryer didn't work but got a new one delivered to our room after two calls to the front desk. Conditioner bottle was empty in shower. All in all nice stay.

This hotel is infested with mold. I had trouble breathing in my room. There was mold stains on the wallpaper, which was peeling off. The whole place seems neglected and run down. Do not stay here.

Property is a bit outdated, and needs a revamp. Once thats done it can compete with the rest if the hotel. Also if you need extra soap or towels or missing anything you newd to get it yourself and there is no room service.(not a big deal eoth important to mention

Fast, competent and friendly staff. Check in was quick. Well trained staff on guest privacy (I.e. not stating guest room number out loud). Lots of activity around the hotel but hallways near room was quiet. Hotel shows its age however it is evident that the housekeeping team does a great job keeping it clean and tidy. Great destination or stepping stone on your travels.

The lady at the front desk deserves to be commended. She went out of her way to search for & find my granddaughter's swimming goggles. The floor of the pool area could use a refurbishing. The paint is worn down & therefore looks dated.

Hello, the truth is that the service offered by the people who work at this hotel is very poor, a complete lack of friendliness, cordiality, and attention to the guest. This aspect must urgently improve even more so if they receive many tourists from Canada and other parts of the world in where value is very important.

Days Inn is my go-to. Conveniently located, cozy dining area with a great staff person. Good complementary coffee available in the lobby. Fun games room at a very reasonable price. Nice pool area although the surrounding floor needs to be painted. Overall a very clean hotel. My washroom in our room was spotless. Shout out to the maids.

Hi, we were disapointed that our reservation was for 3 adults and one child, so we asked for a 3rd key card, but the person at the desk told us is it was for 2 adults and 1 child .... so our thoughts were how can that be ! For us, apart for being convenient for the 3 of us having a key card, we thought about safety issues, like if there were to be a fire, one of us wouldn't of been accounted for Thank you

Première soirée: lorsque nous sommes arrivée en soirée pour retourner dans notre chambre par la porte avant, une personne cognait dans la porte vitrée d'en arrière pour qu'on lui ouvre car il n'avait pas de carte. Nous avons rencontrer un sherif dans le corridor et il m'a demandé si l'homme ressemblait à sa description. Il était à sa recherche et par chance que nous n'avons pas ouvert la porte. Deuxième nuit: les voisins de chambre faisaient un happyhour dans la leur chambre et faisaient beaucoup de bruit. Nous sommes sorti souper au restaurant et à notre retour ils faisaient encore beaucoup de bruit. J'ai appelé la réception à minuit et quart. Elle a appellé la chambre voisine. Ils ont continuer à parler très fort, on entendait très bien les conversations. J'ai rappeler une deuxième fois la réception mais en vain. Ils ont fait du bruit jusqu'à 2h30am.... Bref, l'expérience global n'est pas un succès.

I was pretty creeped out when there were spiders in my room.. this made me paranoid and I searched further for more when I lifted up the skirt of the bed there were dried out flies on top of the bedskirt under the mattress.. the front desk guy refused compensation on Expedia app but they did change our room and I went through the new room and it was a lot better. I wished that was all but it wasn’t.. The elevator completely shut down no electricity and apparently the entire building did so myself my partner and a complete stranger were stuck in this dark elevator for nearly 20-30 seconds before lights came on. Using the stairs wasn’t terrible but it was crowded with guests trying to get to their floor.. there was a handicapped person who struggled on these stairs… The pool was comfortable size for a small party I liked it was only 5ft deep! but there was a lot of guests there so it was uncomfortable with all the splashing and feeling like there was no room, the spa was crowded by people as well.. so we went back to our room… shower drain was clogged up some as the water was very slow to leave the tub.. The front desk guy looked severely overwhelmed and I felt horrible for him.. this wasn’t an ideal trip for myself and my partner but.. was a trip none the less.

Cons: the curtains didn’t have the ability to close. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations. The door to the outside was not secured when I entered the property. There wasn’t any shampoo in the container. Pros: the room was great- clean and good sized. The breakfast was decent and lots of choices. The pool area was clean, except for a roped off section. Pool was warm and hot tub was as expected. It’s a lovely spot and would probably stay there again.
