Beautiful surroundings and friendly staff

Posted Aug 2, 2017
The hotel is immaculate and constantly cleaned. The staff friendly and polite. The pool is set in beautiful gardens which are well maintained. I would give the hotel 5 stars except for the food which can be a bit repetitive, however there was always something in the end.

AMAZING HOTEL MUST STAY

Posted Jun 29, 2017
Me and my boyfriend have just got back from a week here. The hotel was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The food is amazing, something different every day and they cook food fresh for you while you watch. The pools are a very good size and the hotel is right on the beach. The hotel was kept very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. I will definitely be visiting here again if we decide to visit Tenerife again.

Nice clean hotel close to the beach

Posted May 10, 2017
Pros: Cleanliness location and friendliness Brillient sea view from Standard room
Cons: No doubt restaurant self service is the modern trend but this system puts older patrons off
Location: Good location with many many attractions. Night clubs, water sports, shopping. Too many to quote here
Do not like self service. Busy hotel means meal times become a bit of a "Bunn fight" with many people walking around with half empty plates seeking their favourite food plus an empty table. Bed in bedroom extremely hard and uncomfortable, clean but glad to get home and have a comfortable sleep.

Nice hotel location

Posted May 3, 2017
We recently stayed at the hotel for 6 nights bed and breakfast only. Hotel reception was busy when we arrived, I think we must have arrived after a bus load of people. Staff handed out drinks while we waited, but our room was not available until after 3pm. We were disappointed to find out room on 6th floor, opposite a staff entrance/maintenance door. We not only had noise from staff coming in and out with loud walkies, from 7am in the morning we also had construction noise as the other half of the 6th floor was being renovated. We put up with this for a few days before we requested to be moved. We were then moved to the 5th floor and a few days later construction/renovation's also began on this floor too. Noise was not as bad as we were a little further down the hall, and was nearing the end of our stay. We would not have booked this hotel if we knew they were renovating it, we feel this is something that should have been mentioned at check in or offered the choice of a room upgrade for an additional cost. Handy location for a holiday.

Great location

Pros: Location, cleanliness, food and good range of cocktails all on all inclusive.
Cons: Ladies could do with another mirror
Location: Good location noisey playa des Americas 5 min walk one way and nice paved area with top end boutiques and stores the other.
Lovely hotel very friendly and helpful staff,Clean rooms good location and good food. Some rules in place for sun beds,Not allowed near sun beds until after 8am which means you can have a lay in compared to other places. Will definitely return. Recommend sea view for quieter rooms away from street with bars.

The swimming pool areas are really nice, hotel facilities are good, front desk is helpful, the hotel has live performance every night, kids activities are brilliant, perfect for families with children. Having variety choices of foods but quality need improving, it was either overcooked or taste is bland, appertisers and desserts are good though.

Relaxing few days in the sun

Posted Apr 10, 2017
Good hotel, lovely staff, excellent service, central location, spotless rooms and public areas, decent buffet food. Guests with sea view rooms are treated to a nightly rock concert 22:30 to 00:30 from the bar across the road which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the balcony or, equally, from the bedroom with the doors firmly shut. British viewers can sample footy and fish and chips at the bar right next to the hotel front door. For those after a more continental experience, an Irish bar is located on the other side of the hotel door. Yes, you have to pay money to put your money in the safe, even in a suite in a 4* hotel. Somebody somewhere probably has a sensible answer why. Yes, some people get up really really early to sneak out and put a towel on a sun lounger so that small children weren't offended by naked chairs. Always important therefore to make lots of splash in the very pleasant swimming pool just when they've dozed off. My "junior suite" had a lounge area with a kitchen sink, a cupboard and a fridge - all of which were empty so plenty of storage for anyone considering bringing a dinner service in their suitcase. I could have opened a small bar but no glasses were provided.

Disappointing stay

Posted Mar 29, 2017 on Hotels
Compared to last year, hotel was so disappointing. Lots of dust in room, skirting boards, lamps. Standard of food offered at buffet very poor, no chicken for my daughter and no proper veg fo me, in fairness manager did get chef to make a veg rice dish but for the money, I would have expected more. Last year food was amzing, choc fondue and endless fruit & cakes. Will not be back
