Great find
What an amazing find this hotel was. Absolutely immaculate, extremely helpful staff, quiet, and a totally relaxing atmosphere. I've given this hotel top marks for everything as I simply couldn't fault it. Oh, and pay 9 euros for the breakfast and don't get ripped off on the seafront.

This is a nice hotel and quiet when I was there. At check in you have to sign a rule sheet which seems designed to emphasis quiet and order. I didn't experience any problems and I didn't have to wear a wrist band during the shoulder season. The no guests in your room policy is likely meant to discourage noise in the rooms. My only discomfort was it was a bit cold at night and there isn't a warm blanket on the bed nor heat available on the thermostat. I'd stay here again.

I only stayed at this hotel for 1.5 nights , 1 full day due to my return flight being cancelled at the gate at midnight so it's difficult to review. The El CID where I stayed for 5 nights was far nicer and in a much better location with lovely views and good selection of tasty food, on the beach, sea view, definitely recommend EL CID HOTEL. EXCELLENT! Rooms with sea view/balcony, very clean, spotless and tastefully decorated/interior .

We had a horrible customer service experience. We stayed for one night since our flight was departing very early next morning. The lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t have any customer orientation skills. The room had ants everywhere and was extremely hot since the air conditioning wasn’t working well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Room actually has working A/C
Great hotel near the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Plus a working A/C which in the summer in Spain is huge. Beware lots of hotels claim to have A/C but either they dont work or not well enough.

English wasn’t really spoken at hotel so we struggled to check in and order food. Had to pay €2 per day to hire a pool towel. Shower room had no towels or soap so had to use dirty pool towels.

Nice hotel in a convenient location to beach!
Nice hotel near the beach! Has lots of amenities and very affordable. We appreciate the helpfulness of the staff! Room was a decent size, A/C worked not super strong but unless you are used to sleeping in freezing cold it was fine. Pool area is very nice, breakfast had many options and tasted great!

В принципе не плохой. Но там было указано что есть паркинг в отеле,паркинга нет. Мини бар в комнате был пустой. Утром убирали очень шумно,постоянно переставляли мебель,спать не возможно.

Clean and modern
Mostly young Germans stay here but they were fairly well behaved and friendly. Only complaint is that they only have one small lift. We were on the 7th floor so you had to wait quite awhile at times to get the lift

Good Hotel Near Beer Street (Bierstraße)
Good, clean hotel with swimming pool and bar, nice breakfast buffet, 10 minute walk from the German party district of Mallorca - great for German beers and schnitzel.

Great Experience
It was an amazing choice for our holidays, even is not free parking, you can park on street for free. Lovely staff, 8 minutes walking to beach and restaurants, good breakfast, great experience.

Lovely hotel with great staff
I spend 10 nights here on a solo trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the pool area was fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel early October for three nights. Rooms adequate size for single person well equipped and excellent decor. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds although we may have been spoilt for choice because of time of year. Helpful and friendly reception staff made us feel very welcome.

A Hidden Gem!
An amazing hotel, recently refurbished and very modern. The most comfortable bed I've slept on in Spain!! We stayed half board, the food was lovely, enough choice for everyone, both breakfast and dinner! Only 2 euros for a glass of wine!! We will definitely be back!

Clean bedroom, well kept, nice areas to sit downstairs, food was pretty good, and staff were friendly. They do make you wear a plastic wristband while you stay though!

This was a great find. A hotel set away from the main seafront but it is only a short walk. Also there are nearby bus stops to Palma and the airport. I stayed half board and thought the breakfast and dinner was ideal if you wanted to keep the cost down on a mini break but still eat well. Staff were friendly, pool area was lovely and relaxing. Excellent find
A lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean, bedlinen and towels changed daily. Pool area spotless, jacuzzi in the poo, plenty of sunbeds, a very relaxing area. We stayed half board at £351 for 4 nights for both of us! The food was very good. I really couldn't say anything negative about this lovely 3*hotel. We will definitely return.

Lovely pool, good location to beach and transport!
Stayed here for four days in the middle of a heatwave! Second time in Majorca. The location of the hotel is great - 800 metres from the beach, direct airport bus stop and main promenade. Set back from the main drag of bars and more noisy hotels however, as this is a German 18-30 resort and predominantly caters for this clientele. However, lots of families also staying here and the resort felt safe and all well catered for. We stayed half-board and whilst the buffet breakfast was great, drinks weren’t free at dinner (I thought that water would be included) and choice here was rather limited. Hotel pool was immaculate and welcome in the heat to escape. Plenty of loungers and shaded area with pool bar. Clean and with great WiFi - pool table and communal seating areas with a lovely area to read / relax in. We requested a high floor room with balcony and it was nice to sit on and watch the sunset. Towels were changed daily. No kettle in your room (so we took our own travel one), otherwise a few euro per coffee / tea downstairs. Hotel Ben Hur down the street full of rowdy young Germans partying but soundproofing was good and we never felt unsafe walking around. Standard bus price of under 2 euros and a half hour ride into palma city. From there, you can easily access Belvere castle or ride the stunning open Victorian train up to Sóller mountain top village. I would stay here again if I was visiting.

Rude staff on checking out from hotel. Was given the key for the luggage room and the lady did not look up once. I returned the key, she still did not look up once, I only wanted to thank them for my stay and say bye, instead left with a sour taste.

Little gem of a hotel
Stayed 5 nights. Little gem of a hotel. Clean, bright rooms with modern bathroom. Beautiful pool area with plenty of sun beds and parasols. Pool bar done decent cocktails and lovely food. Staff struggled a bit with English as it's a predominantly German resort and guest are mostly German speaking nationalities. Most were polite but not really that friendly, but that suited us as we enjoy the anonymity of it... we stayed half board so can only comment on the breakfast which was standard buffet with fruit, yogurts, cereals, hams and cheeses in the cold section and eggs, sausage of various types, typical Spanish wafer thin bacon tomatoes and beans etc with a juice machine and coffee machine. All decent enough but I'd take your own teabags as we struggled to get a decent brew from the teabags at the hotel. Hotel is set back 500m from the beachfront but perfect for walking off an evenings food and drink.. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget going to playa de palma as it's a good 40% cheaper than similar hotels on the front

Small friendly hotel.
Found the hotel to be friendly and clean.. I opted for half board and although the breakfast and dinner choices were limited and basic I had no trouble working my around the buffet to find plenty that I enjoyed. My room (single) was very small but once again adequate considering the amount of time I used the room, I would stay here again if I visited this location.

Basic hotel but well maintained and clean. Staff friendly except night porter who seemed annoyed that I bothered him to let me in. Apparently I could have let myself in but didn't realise. Good buffet breakfast except the hot food did not stay hot for long. Excellent location. Despite a couple of niggles it was good value for money so I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
