2nd. Time staying there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its not "all inclusive fancy", but i felt safe. My daughter and son love the pool. There is lots of sitting area, its quiet, relaxing, and the service is great. The reataurant food is ok, but the service is perfect. I will recommend it to anybody .... its right on th "main highway" where you can go to all the parks, Tulum, Playa del Carmen. If all you. Eed is confort, safety and a clean bed... i would recommend you stay there.

You get what you paid for at this hotel. There's that plumbing smell by the rooms which sucks. The staff at the restaurant was always great and the breakfast food every morning was great. The front desk staff wasn't always so friendly. The place/room was very clean so that was cool. I went with older people and the climbing of the stairs for the rooms didn't help.

It felt like we were in a resort. The two floor suite was comfortable. Didn’t like not having internet or English caption. The pool was big but the tree over it should be cut so it doesn’t dirty the pool as much. The breakfast option should have more variety.
