A luxurious castle and its white sand beach

Me and my husband were absolutely stunned by the beauty of that place. The hotel was built like a castle, marble everywhere, sculptures, paintings... Everything was glowing. The staff was so polite, welcoming, useful, accommodating and caring... an absolute delight. We were surprised to see how many of them actually speak our language too (which is French) along with Spanish, English and maybe even more. We felt like home away from home. The beach was so romantic and beautiful, with its wonderful salty breeze, its waves, its white sand and little seashells, its coconut palms... there were cute common gulls packed in groups all over the beach and some other exotic birds around too, enhancing the view. Our room was ocean front, so we had the privilege to enjoy that view and sound every morning, evening and night... The room had some great amenities, and was very comfortable and clean. The chambermaid would prepare our bed every night while we were away to have dinner or walk around and explore... We had many choices of restaurants : French, Italian, Japanese, Steak house, buffet... all of them were AMAZING. The food was absolutely exquisite and we are very picky when it comes to that. They have golf carts to take you wherever you need in case you didn’t have much time to walk around or just wanted some spoiling :) We will definitely go back and can’t wait already.

Very nice close to the beach.

Pros: The service and food.
Cons: More younger women at the pool.
Location: The location was great and had shopping stores close by.
The stay was excellent staff and had very nice experience by the pool.

Great Getaway

Pros: Most all the staff had a good command of English but even those who did not were "way helpful" in trying to figure out what we wanted or needed.
Cons: A heated pool in the Villa's would be fantastic.
Location: Liked the Hotel so much we never left the grounds.
The Hotel facilities, room, food, service were all top notch. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to take care of us and make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in one of the Villa's (spacious and well appointed) ... very quiet and walk able to the rest of the hotel.

Nice hotel

I am a returning guest to this hotel and I love it but this year I’ve noticed that the services are declining compared to the previous years and I am very sorry to see this happening!

Rest and relaxing

2nd visit. Great beach and pool. Food is very good for all inclusive with Many choices. Staff is great and can't do enough for the quests. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The best all inclusive

The number one reason why I loved Iberostar Grand was the amazing attention giving to guests with food allergies. I had the pleasure of meeting Olivia, my personal chef, the first day I arrived. Olivia met me at every restaurant I had a reservation in to help me navigate the menu to choose gluten free choices. If I wanted something that was not on the menu or at the buffet, she would make it for me right then and there! She did this for 7 days with a huge smile on her face and the utmost patience and professionalism! For this alone I give Iberostar 5 stars! But, there was so much more to love; the pool was gorgeous, the suites were lush, the food sublime! We plan on returning next November for sure!!!
