The food was excellent. Upselling upon arrival was not what we expected and we were not allowed to check in before 3pm. The wrist bands are annoying and frankly it is an all inclusive property so why the heck do they need them......because we did not have the premium drink package. Hardly any beach to use at this resort.

medium size, quiet ,very Clean ,friendly serwis ,a lots of green and Shadow ,minimum concrete,good Entertainment for adults, very good food for everybody, good alcohols ,only minus is small beach which was infested by ocean seaweed (seasonal), rooms have some years, but clean and functional, very good place for quiet vacation

Great place. Hounded by timeshare stuff and no beach was only downfall

Unfortunately, I cannot review the property. I had booked my travel with Expedia when I arrived they explained to me that Expedia had overbooked and they would need to send me to their sister hotel that was farther from the Downtown area and another 20 minute ride back closer to the airport. I was really disappointed for several reasons. I had to make all types of rearrangements for tours that were scheduled and pay more for the airport transfers, cause now my hotel was closer. I had to pay more to get to the downtown area in PDC, because now I was 40 minutes away from Quinta Avenia (5th Avenue) $80. I will be calling Expedia to discuss, as the hotel representatives explained it was their fault and not the hotels. I also had a very nasty representative at the sister resort (Ocean Coral & Turquesa) that treated us terrible and was forcing us to go stay only 2 days and go back to the original hotel for the remaining nights, ruining our vacation. We actually asked to speak to a manager and dealt with another friendlier person that booked us for our entire stay. Very disappointed with Expedia as I am a long time customer and this was very unacceptable.

Love the palm trees on beach, Food is good, a smaller resort with good pools and activity to join if desired or go to other pool. Friendly staff.

Check-in was a disaster even though we paid for the "Privilege" experience. Limited restaurants and poor beach conditions.

When I arrived, I was told that the hotel was overbooked and they did not have any rooms. They sent me to a sister Resort and it is obvious that you all had no idea because you're asking me about ocean Maya. I booked ocean Maya because it was adult only. The sister resort was not adult only. They tried to sweeten that my disappointment by giving me privilege / VIP treatment at the sister Resort however I found out that it was limited VIP services. I was very very disappointed because I used your service and I did not receive the service I paid for. According to the hotel, this often happens with Expedia.

Didnt like that you have to make reservation to one restaurant the same day.
