We really loved our 2 bedroom penthouse. Beautiful view. Very comfortable. The grounds were so nice, felt like a lot of privacy. The pool was never crowded. Overall fantastic stay.

We had a rooftop suite with a hot tub and outdoor kitchen which was great. The hotel is quiet and close to tons of restaurants. There are a lot of pushy vendors in this part of town but it's easy enough to do day trips and check out surrounding areas.

The property is good the one note is that the name is the property is different from the name on Expedia, which did cause some minor confusion. The location is great in many ways, though there is a decent amount of drugs in the area as we keep being offered. Not the property’s fault and this has not happened on property.

Property very clean and green. People very helpful and always around. Yhey looked after everything. Liked that water to drink was included. Balcony nice however the only view was the greener in front of you but it was very private. Pool was beautiful but very narrow when people were laying out and u had to walk by and around them. Overall very nice.

This property was very nice and convenient to the shopping and cultural experiences on Playa Del Carmen. The surrounding restaurants were very nice, and the rooms were large and comfortable. I had a bad experience at the end of my stay and may not return because of that.

Beautiful place im a travel agent. I recommend this place ure were all the action is. 5avenida restaurants. Shops everything u need is just steps away. This place is amazing. Beautiful. Pools and ure own jacuzzi. If u get the penthouse. Overall beautiful. I loved it not all inclusive but u can buy ure own groceries and bring them you have a kitchen with everything you need. U even have a bbq grill. Thanks everyone in the office.
