Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Room given upon arrival had moldy smell and reported immediately, on the second day I mentioned again because by then they said they had done some maintenance on it but smell was worse. Front desk then gave us another room which was much better and didnt have awful smell. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and liked the hotel and wouldnt mind going back.

The people are nice. The maids cleaned the rooms well. The hotel is run down. My room smelled like sewage the entire time. They kept incents in my room burning which tells me they knew about the smell. The pool is dirty and need resurfacing. The hotel is obiviously old and need demolishing. Speaking with Secrets (AMR) staff, it was a hotels they aquired and made part of there Secrets brand. Huge mistake.

The staff there was incredible. Everyone there is so nice an accommodating. The food was average and the beach was very small and lots of see weed. If your looking for to meet nice people in a medium size resort with a boutique to it , this is the place . I don’t that will be back to this particular resort , but will try a secrets elsewhere

Pushy and dishonest

Too pushy on trying to get people to do this breakfast time share program. Wasn’t completely honest and up front on details. We found that a lot with the staff there being transparent wasn’t their thing therefore it comes across as a form of dishonesty. Drinks were too weak so always had to ask for a double on every drink. Food was awful with exception of the outside pizza place and the Japanese place - those were good. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, we tried to just make the best of our stay but this is not somewhere I would ever revisit.

Everyone was so friendl! They were always asking us how our stay was and if there was anything they could do for us or get us. The entertainment staff let us know throughout the day what activity was going on, but not in a pushy, demanding way. The food was great and we had a lot of options! The wait staff was also excellent and accommodating if we wanted to make small changes to the items listed on the menus.

This was my third solo trip to Secrets Capri. The staff remembered me from my stay in February! I sometimes travel alone and I feel completely safe and comfortable at this excellent resort. The staff is very attentive. A special thank you to Tomas at the beach and Raul at Portofino. I will return and I highly recommend a visit, whether as a couple or by yourself. Sometimes you just have to take a break and breathe. This is a great place to do that!

The staff was the best!! The entertainment staff were awesome! The pool needs some repairs. There were missing tiles and pieces of the grout through the bottom of the pool. The sports bar had an awesome smell, it was so bad one night we had to leave.
