Nice hotel close to the beach/city center

Everything was great. Staff is very friendly. Very professionally managed. Awesome stay. Would definitely go back and 100% recommend.

The food was good. The staff was ok. Needs improving on being cordial end enthusiastic we just made a trip over ten hours we wore tired. end did not felt welcomed. The bar tenders need to improve on making drinks. Beside this all was great.

Really disappointed, no wi Fi , , a lot smokers

Only place to get internet you must pay $35 dollars extra, also I have to pay $2 dollars extra every day for my safe, unbelievable, I will never coming back to this resort, the only way to get a good wi Fi , is outside of the resort , and expent something on Starbucks,

Very friendly staff, good hotel, the buffet was awesome! A lot of activities to do during the day and at night in the hotel. The only thing i would change is the pillows, they are horrible!!

Horrible hotel

Lets start by saying that I'm very disappointed with the hotel the bad was too hard the pillows were terrible thick and hard the drain from the sinc from the bathroom smell so so bad, the shower was in a ad condition and the toilet was terrible overrall not worth it I'll not come back to this hotel ever in my file I do not recommend thia hotel at all. The food was ok nothing over the top and the gourmet reataurnats not as I expected to be, the night entertainment terrible ...

Perfect beach... needs improvement in other places

If you are looking for a gorgeous beach then this is your place. Seriously. The beach was perfect. They provide nice chairs and towels for you which is great. However, if you are looking for great food... do not come here. The food was not good. Void of flavor. We thought maybe trying one of the 3 restaurants would be better... no they just take the buffet food and plate it for you. No flavor. The only thing that saved us was the fresh fruit and the morning yogurt bar. Prepare to be hot. It's the carribean so you expect it to be warm of course but there is no escaping the heat at this resort. The room was warm. Making it hard to sleep at night. The buffet area was so warm it took my breath away when I first walked in there. We started calling the buffet area El Fuego it was so hot. Hotel staff isn't exactly the friendliest. They aren't rude but are not going to go out of their way to accommodate you either. If you want to ride the jet skis make sure you bring exactly $65 because they don't have change. (This was a great time. Definitely recommend it) A little spring breakish at times with hotel staff having spring break games and dancing by the pool. The rooms were nice minus it being hot and the bathroom shower was gorgeous. But hey. You are coming for the beach ultimately and with this beach you really can't go wrong. It was perfect.

Not bad for the price. Good food. Nice beach. New Remodeling Ugly, Lobby ugly decoration. Staff excellent. We stayed before in all inclusive, always have drinks n the room, here only one bottle of water.

Nice hotel a walk away from the beach

I ended up booking this hotel because it was the cheapest deal I found at the time. After booking I started reading the reviews which made me feel as if I had made a mistake by booking it. When I got there, I got checked in by Eduardo who was really nice and informative. The beach is probably the nicest in that area, I walked to the other hotels next door which looked nicer but the water looked dirtier. The people that work there are one the hardest working people I have seen in a long time, too bad people at the bar do not have a container to collect tips, it was sad to see how hard they work and no body tipped them. The rooms are clean, I made sure o left a tip everyday for the person who came to clean and they surprised me with a turtle and a doll made out of towels left on my clean bed. But I have to say regardless of how hard these people work to maintain the rooms clean, there is a a smell that does not go away, it is as if they did some paintin/remodelwork in the room and never got ventilated. The water from the faucet it's kind of salty, so I always made sure to bring drinking water to brush my teeth. The food was ok, they had a good variety to satisfy people's taste, it is a 24 hour service. They made sure guests never run out of food and drinks. One thing found annoying is their wifi service, it was really hard to connect and it is only available at their lobby, if you want it available in the room you have to pay $35 for 7 days.

Was there for a wedding

Hotel is good for the money. I wish my room was colder. No one informs you that you are eligible to have a meal with your stay that is not an all you can eat. No one tells you the amenities of hotel.
