There are no facilities to move luggages.Posted Oct 11, 2017
Pros: Is near Santiago Bernabeu Stadium
Cons: Ramps to access the lugage from the street
Location: is good located
The hotel is located at the end of a Comercial Mall and the Taxis arrives at least 100 mts to the hotel, and there are no ramps to facilite the moving of the luggage.

Great, centrally located hotelPosted Aug 30, 2017
Pros: Everything! The staff, the room, the amenities.
Cons: I think a face towel would be nice. Also, a full standing ironing board is really better than a tabletop one.
Location: Hotel is centrally located, close to everything, except a grocery or supermarket. I could not find any.
I needed a place to stay the night before my flight, and I found this hotel which is centrally located. I came early but the staff allowed me to leave my bags, so I got lunch first. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, so I had no problem looking for food. My room was huge and very clean. I needed an iron and one was provided immediately. After checking in, I wanted to go to mass and the staff told me that there was a church 3 blocks away so I was able to attend mass that day and the next. The following day I was also given an extra hour to stay in my room, and because my flight was late at night, the hotel allowed me to leave my bags in storage. The metro is just steps away, and the train connects to the airport train so it was really convenient. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Madrid, and I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

not a bad position but facilities close by isPosted Aug 29, 2017
Pros: it was clean staff helpful
Cons: hotel access to hotel lap top for general ,use only one available plus was only Spainish, all of my emails, in Spainish language
Location: I did not realize it was far from city centre, but shops and post office were close by
the reception staff were very understanding and helpful as my pre paid pick up from Madrid airport did not arrive to take me to your Hotel. They were all aware I was distressed about this, the staff took all their time and efforts in trying to contact this company which I had pre paid in Australia prior my trip.
Definitely 4⭐️Posted Aug 26, 2017 on Hotels
Great location, clean and comfortable. Literally steps away from the metro, McDonald's is also on site adjacent. Definitely would recommend to stay while in Madrid !

Stay therePosted May 16, 2017 on Hotels
It was great, had long lay over in Madrid so stayed there when catching a Real Madrid futbol game. Had a great experience. No option for breakfast, only reason only got 4 instead of 5 on overall

The hotel was WAY overpriced. I would be more willing to rate it positively had I not paid twice the nightly rate at a parador.
