Love the all-day breakfast facility. Great location, good rooms
Property is within walking distance of everything. Staff was very nice at check in and check out. The only inconvenience was finding the hotel because the car’s gps would want us to go thorough streets that are for pedestrians We ended up parking in a public parking garage and walking with our luggages ...
Loved the location, the stylish combination of old and new, the comfortable rooms, all day breakfast. Did not like the unfriendly receptionist.
The setting is spectacular and the integration of modern amenities into a a historic building was masterful. The biggest negative is that although they were competent, the staff were more like government employees than tourism specialists whose job performance depended on customer satisfaction.
Very convenient location, helpful staff, validated my parking lot fee.
It was pleasant experience. Clean room, nice and professional staffs, convenient location. Definitely I’ll stay here next time whenever I have a chance. Thanks
The rooms are above a busy bar in a central part of Santiago, so a great location. Rooms are basic but clean with a shared bathroom. My room had a balcony over the street which was fun. There was some work being carried out in the building at the time I stayed but it didn’t unduly affect my stay. ...
Great hotel but the street noise was pretty bad!
Nice tidy modern hotel. The bed was too hard for my taste, but good AC and very clean. Great service personnel.
