Not like other Extended Stay Hotels

We have had good experiences in the past with Extended Stay hotels, but this hotel was a disappointment and I regret having booked a stay here.

Bedspread was a little threadbare. But clean. Breakfast was what was expected but it would have been nice to have fruit, like apple or banana to go

Trashy hotel

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at! I stayed on the third floor which allowed smoking. I stayed in a non-smoking room, but the smoke from other rooms lingered in the hall and into the room. The staff was not very friendly. There were spiders in the bathtub when I went to take a shower. They do not do housekeeping while I stayed my 3 nights. I ended up taking my own trash to the dumpster. This place was not worth the money at all!

Smoking

The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming everywhere in the hotel. Made all my luggage smell.

Good hotel

The room was good for one night. The only problem I had was the cigarette smell that permeated the so called “Smoke Free” room. Because the hotel was full, I couldn’t switch to another room.

Not accessible for person in wheelchair

Prior to reservation we asked if room had a roll in shower & the response was that it did. Upon arrival we checked the room & found it had a tub. The person at the desk said "sorry". Not helpful / we spent the next 3 hours looking for an accessible room with accommodations for a person in a wheelchair! Very disappointing.

Could be better

Pros: My room. The reception area was inviting and pleasant. The reception staff member was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Clean your corridors! Separate smoking rooms from non-smoking rooms; perhaps place each on different floors.
The room was very clean and very comfortable but the corridor smelt of cigarette smoke; that was not pleasant. The following morning, I heard a dog barking very loudly from one of the rooms as I walked down the corridor. I did not realize animals were allowed in this hotel; I would not have chosen to stay here had I know this.

Terrible Hotel Stay

There were multiple things wrong with this room and I would never stay there again. The kitchenette did not include any dishware, utensils, pans, etc. I was able to finally find a single plastic cup in the bathroom. There was a parking lot site light at the same elevation as the bedroom window, and despite the curtains being closed, the light still illuminated the bedroom at night. I could not pull the knob to activate the shower, so I tried calling the front desk but the phone also did not work. I notified the front desk person and waited 15-20 for a maintenance person to arrive before finally giving up and taking a bath (I was there for business and had a meeting to attend. Luckily I was only there for one night). The AC worked poorly and the internet felt like 1995 dial up. Despite the close proximity to nearby businesses, I would not recommend this hotel.
