Cons: Complimentary breakfast
Location: Bay Area rapid transit. Shopping mall, restaurants
We had a late check in and hotel staff was still very friendly and accomadating. We were with another couple and able to get adjoining rooms

Nice hotel

Larger pool, and a another spa is needed. Both are way too small for the number of guests staying there.

Great hotel

Staff was great! Our room was a bit dirty tho. We didn't get double beds so one of us slept on the layout couch but it was really dirty. The hotel needs to look into cleaning them asap! The stains were large and very noticeable. The hotel was nice, the pool was nice but KEEP IN MIND, they are having trouble with their pool door. For example, they key card slot keeps malfunctioning because it's old? Which is bad because oddly you need a hotel key to get in and out of the pool. This is an extreme safety hazard! For example, it took my aunt 15 minutes to open the door with a manager. Imagine if there had been an emergency! Hotel staff needs to get on that asap!! Bartender was great, managers were awesome!

Hot tub inop. Hotel seems run down. Elevators, hallways. Rooms ok.

Terrible Poolside service

Great pool but the pool area was a mess. There were no clean towels. Called the front desk but still no towels. Walked to the front desk and someone brought out two towels for the dozen people who needed them. Used towels and empty glasses were everywhere and in the morning there were still towels and empty fast food mess. We brought towels from our room in the morning because there were still no clean ones poolside.
