Bad reception staff couldn't say 2 words

Reception desk offered no information and didn't explain that the hold $50 on your credit card. I had to see that charge in my statement. Room smelled like mildew. The smoke doctor was covered with a plastic bag. It was noisy outside the window and sounded like elephants upstairs. I expected so much more from a Sheraton.

3 Day Vacation

Pros: Comfortable room.
Cons: Able to access wifi using Google Chrome. Currently only IE and Safari provide access.
Location: There is a very nice plaza a block away with very popular local food places.
Good location, friendly staff, awesome heated pool and Jacuzzi.

Good Stay

Pros: Everything
Location: Loved the area - plenty of things to do. If we wanted to walk around, able to do that. If we wanted a good restaurant to eat at - it was close.
Was impressed with how the staff was very caring, and willing to help with any need or concern we had. They wanted to make our stay worry free and they did. Rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff was there to please - very accommodating - if we needed entire room cleaned it was done, if we only needed certain things done - they did it. Very impressed with the quick turn around they gave us. Also enjoyed the huge pool! Thanks Four Points by Sheraton in Pleasanton - you made our visit very PLEASANT!

Good location if your are on business

Pros: Great location
Cons: Cleanliness and better attention to business traveler amenities
Location: Close to the freeway; several restaurants close by, close enough for walking
Good hotel for a business traveler but note there is no elevator so if you have a 2nd floor room you will have to carry any heavy bags up the stairs. We had ants in the room. There is a nice pool area for children. The lobby printer would not work.

Flawed

No elevator, noisy air conditioner, puddle in the bathroom upon checkin, food smears on room service menu from previous tenant.

The best hotel in Pleasanton

Pros: It has a resort type feeling, nice big swimming pool surrounded by 2 story accommodation
Location: The Hop Yard Alehouse & Grill is a good place to hang out on a sunny afternoon
Spent a couple of days in Pleasanton visiting my customers, and this is by far the best the hotel I have stayed at in the area. The staff helped arrange meeting rooms etc making my entire stay very productive.

A nice stay.

The hotel grounds are very nice with fountains and landscaping clean environment. I like the sitting areas outside of my room. The only problem I see is toilet needs to be replaced with new ones and my sink was clogged up. Maintenance worker fixed the problem right away. The restaurant has very good food both breakfast and dinner.It's $$ but worth it.

Awesome Stay

We arrived very late, and the staff was very friendly and got us checked in fast. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Very beautiful view outside. Definitely going to be here again.
