Nice Hotel

Pros: Nestled in between trees and a shopping mall
Cons: The delivery of the rollaway bed
Location: Shopping mall
Room was ready as promised. Staff was very helpful. We were promised a rollaway bed and it never was delivered. This is the only bad thing about our stay. Luckily the sofa was very comfortable.

Wi Fi was too slow and sometimes it doesn't work plus it should be free like your sisters Marriott hotels

High quality for a great price

Cons: A hot tub would have been the only thing we would have liked to have seen.
Location: We were attending the Alameda County Fair and it was in a great location for that. It was also nice to see stores like Target near by.
We were quite pleased with our stay. Enjoyed having a small balcony over the pool. The room was clean and quiet, and the grounds of the hotel were nicely kept. We enjoyed sitting by the fire next to the pool in the evenings.

Bad experience, which is not typical for Marriott

Pros: It was very clean.
Cons: Customer service
Reservation said sleeps 5, but only slept four so daughter had to sleep on the floor. Spoke to hotel about it so they put us in a different room which they promised they could provide roll aways that would allow all five to have a bed. Turns out they could not do that which left two children sleeping on the floor. This is not typical as we've usually had great experience at different Marriotts. This hotel though was a disappointment.

Super comfortable bed!

Pros: Clean, Spacious rooms, great pancake!
Cons: A little concern attitude from the manager.
Location: Restaurants are about less than a mile away. Close to freeway and 5 minutes away from Bridges Golf Club.
The only sad experience about our trip is when we booked late and was given a king bed instead of double-bed room, which was confirmed through our booking with Expedia. The hotel receptionist, Anthony, did not help at all. He said that since we booked in Expedia, our room is not confirmed until we checked in. And so, my mom was very frustrated throughout the night. Then, I called Expedia customer service and they are the ones who spoke to the hotel. After several minutes ( about 15 or so), he got back to the line and told us that they have a double-bed room being ready for us. When we got back to the lobby, the manager, did not even bother to meet with us. They weren't sorry for what happened at all. Nevertheless, the staff at the dining area were awesome, super friendly! I didn't meet the manager for the night at all and I'm glad I didn't.

Super nice staff. No wifi. Room got up to 85 degrees. 12$ a night for parking. Maybe someone could help with your bags?

环境 舒适度俱佳

Pros: 环境 便利
每天都出去慢跑 散步 whole food mart 咫尺之遥 餐饮购物及其便利 酒店人员效率很高 各方面都无可挑剔 设施稍有老化 但是感觉温馨 说多了也没有太多意义 没那么多话了 再说就是废话了

Nice and clean love the staff and breakfast was amazing French toast with egg whites was allllllll that!!!!! And the chicken Apple sausage was crazy good!!!!
