There were a few random weird people staying there that tried talking to us on our last day. They were advertising and soliciting. I think the company was called Landmark. So annoying. Other than that, hotel and staff are wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean and well kept.

I have stayed at this hotel few times before. Every time it has been good experience and I have been very happy. This time I did not find the bed very comfortable. As a matter of fact I had a backache next morning. I think the Sheraton mgmt should check into it and replace mattresses where required.

Checked in and was given a room that smelled old. Only one lamp worked in the room, TV reception was bad, toothpaste was on the backsplash of the bathroom vanity from a past guest, drywall was crumbling on the ceiling of the bathroom and there was no refrigerator in the room (ice machine was on another floor). You'd think that a room that was $360 after taxes would be much nicer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone given the price and condition.

Carpet stained in several places made you wear shoes all the time.

Awful guest service - front desk and manager.

Pros: The best part about this Sheraton was checking out.
Cons: I was forced to put a $50 deposit on my company credit card. I was not informed about this at any point during the reservation process including my confirmation email. I had to inconvenience my CFO after hours to authorize this transaction. Neither myself or any other member of my organization will utilize Expedia again. Nor will we stay at the Sheraton or affiliates.

I booked a king bed in spite of my request I was not accommodated small bed was uncomfortable
