Bathroom floor was anything but clean. On the bright side, bed was comfy.”

“Bad experience. Everything was broken. 1st was given the wrong room. Then was changed to a room on 2nd floor. Elevator worked when arrived, then broke down. AC in room didn't work. Fridge was froze up, didn't work. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn't work. Outside exit/entrance doors were broken: did not lock, so anyone had access. Rooms not too clean. Even the toilet paper holders were broken - paper roll was stuck on the bar - no roller bar - so fell to the floor a lot. Took a long time to get hot……
