“DO NOT BOOK. Infested with ants and rodents, the cold water didn’t work at all. When issues were brought up to the desk, they offered another room with the SAME problems. When asked to speak with manager, manager refused to help solve the issue and refused letting me speak with GM. When asked for a refund on the days that I no longer was going to stay there manager said no and that her GM would deny any refunds as well. “The staff were all friendly, kind, and very welcoming. Check-in was smooth and hassle free. I have stayed at big name hotels in the area before and have left disappointed, but this location exceeded my expectations by far! The room was incredibly spacious and featured two seperate ac units, which made it easy to get the room as cold as I like. The bed was comfortable that it was genuinely hard to get up from the next morning. Before checkout, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and was……
