“The room was nice. Very noisy in the evening. Bring earplugs. I had two bites of breakfast and that was plenty. Not good at all. ”

“Clean room and air con was excellent. We had ocean view rooms that were spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was not so great, the first morning we were only able to order from a menu as they were setting up for a wedding we were not informed about at checkin. This also made the pool unavailable this day which was disappointing. The breakfast in the second day was a buffet that didn’t have a lot of basics that others have had in our two weeks of travel. Drinks at breakfast were not great at all……

“What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10”

“Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to……
