“This flat is in close proximity to the lakes and worked well for our young family (2 adults + 2 children). The flat was very clean and functional.
I read the other reviews regarding the small size of the flat and factored this in. I would suggest a maximum of 3 adults (or 4 people if children included); it would definitely be too small for 6 people, there would be no space for any belongings or even to walk around. The host was communicative regarding check in and also an item that we left……

"Very welcoming hosts and they gave us good information about the Plitvick and flixbus information.
Very cosy room with good WiFi, shower.
Excellent delicious breakfast (€10), very nice dinner with good price. As the previous reviewer said, no need to go somewhere to take breakfast or dinner. (No lunch service)
45 minutes to walk to entrance 2 with ordinary pace.
The nearest flixbus station is about 12 minutes walk. We got off wrongly on entrance 1, where the taxi insisted charging €15, Uber calling failed many times.
