One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at! We had a king studio, so comfortable with couch, work desk, 2 tvs (one didn't work so Gabe brought a new tv & remote), comfy bed, beautiful, roomy bathroom (only complaint is needs a higher toilet, hard to get up). Sarah, the manager (so nice, friendly) came up to figure out why fridge didn't work & plugged it in where it was supposed to go. When husband had medical issue, she recommended a great Urgent Care! Breakfast area was good; roomy, nice variety of food choices and coffee was good. Close to Food City, restaurants & fun downtown area! Had a great stay here!

Were it not for a hurricane, the grounds around the main house would be beautiful. The owner/operator family, like other victims, is building back as quickly as possible. The interim condition of the exterior shows what they went through. The unaffected main house and our guest room were well-appointed and very attentive. The breakfast buffet provided to all their guests was extraordinary extravagant, as delicious and varied as you’ll find anywhere! A true 5-star experience.

The hotel and casino are top notch..the area around the property is a little sketchy

Convenient location, clean and restful environment.

This was one of the best bed and breakfast spots that we've every stayed in. The property, inside and out, was immaculately maintained, the rooms were spacious, the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating...and the breakfasts were amazing! We also loved how quiet and peaceful the area is. The home sits across from Emory and Henry's campus (that we had never heard of before our stay) that is historic, well maintained, and served as a great place for afternoon walks. There is no question that we'll be staying here again if we're ever remotely close to the area.
