It was cozy, warm and nice view to the ocean. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Great value

For the money, you can't be closer to water front (across the syreet) or tourist attractions that surround it. Clean, simple, comfortable.

Flea bag motel

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING. The whole place needs updating and they need to more professional help who do not live in the rooms. It's disgusting.
Location: It's a great location. They need to get professional people to manage it, totally update the rooms, and get the rif raf out.
The room was old, dirty, ripped curtains falling off the rod. Windows were filthy. Chairs were filthy. It seemed as is the staff lived there and they were BBQing right below our door so all the smoke was coming right in our room. Someone was smoking pot repeatedly and the whole room stunk of it. People were hanging out on the front lawn with chairs, coolers, tables of food. Kid running around all levels without parental supervision. They never came to clean our room on the second day, so I had to go down and ask if it would be done. We left for a little while, and they came in, made the beds and semi wiped things down, but left empty soda cans and take out food boxed in the room. It was the most disgusting place I had ever stayed and would never go back nor recommend it to anyone. It was like a run down trailer park. DISGUSTING

Lisa, My apologies! Housekeepers are not allowed to touch things in the room when doing stay over service. In the past, they would clean those take out boxes and the guest would complain they housekeeper got rid of it. None of our staff lives on the property, NONE! If your room was by the courtyard, my apologies! The people who rent the rooms out front do rent 8 rooms every year for the 4th of July holiday. I am sorry that inconvenienced you. As far as other guests smoking marijuana cigarettes, this is the 1st I have heard of that and it is unacceptable! Again, I sincerely wish we could have addressed these issues while you were here to assure you had a more pleasant experience!

Hotel closed at 12:00 midnight

I booked this hotel and put in the message to the hotel that I would be checking in after midnight. I got a call from the front desk at 10 PM asking what time I will be checking in. I advised I would be checking in at 2 AM. I was told that was fine but when I arrived with my eight-year-old son on crutches the hotel lobby front door was closed, lights off and dark. No one answered the phone at the hotel to instruct me of what I can do, I was stranded had to call the police department and the fire department. I ended up having to get assistance locating a nearby hotel that had availability. Other guests staying at the Bradford Inn would come down the side exit stair case explaining there is no one there after midnight to help us at this hotel, youd probably be better off staying somewhere else .

Good afternoon Ms. Scott! Again, my most sincere apologies! I did see you real time feedback and replied with a private message to you. Our lobby does close at midnight on the weekends. Expedia.com provides that information on their website when you book the room. Our front desk agent did call you that evening to inform you of this policy and you said you would be here around 2am. She gave you the instructions to call the hotel to have someone, me, meet you here to check you in. Like the agent who spoke with you the following day informed you, I had a personal emergency and was away from my phone. I also expressed that in my private message to you. Being a mother of a son on crutches, you could imagine my dismay when my 1 year old son could not walk. Again, my most sincere apologies! As we have told you thru several avenues, you were refunded and again we are deeply sorry that this happened! I hope your son is feeling better! I know how hard it is as a mother to watch your child go thru something like that!

Great location

No frills, outdated , and not the cleanest place. But the staff was very helpful each time we couldn't get our door open. A little over-priced for the condition of the place, but can't beat the location.

Amazing view. Great location. Friendly staff. Not an upscale hotel but still a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful ocean views.

Not the best

This ís actually a motel, not something I usually stay in . There was an odor in the room, although it appeared clean. The bathtub was old with stained grout that looked like mildew. The walkways were cracked or badly patched concrete. The desk stated continental breakfast at 7 but at 715 the front desk person was just arriving and even the other help was waiting.

Stay was hassle-free, right from check-in to check-out. Staff was very friendly. Views from harbor rooms is amazing. Everything within walking distance from hotel: shops, restaurants, night-life, bars, water, boat rides.

Bachelorette
