One night stay

Pros: Comfortable beds, pool and hottub and connected with restaurant and bar.
Cons: Some hot potatoes with breakfast maybe
Location: 10 minutes away from Medina Entertainment Center. Uber was great service. Not much within walking distance.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and with questions about taxi or uber options in the area. We stayed only one night so we didn't have to drive to and from a concert at Medina Entertainment Center. This hotel was only approximately 10 minutes down the road from Medina, very handy and easy to find. Connected to the hotel is Lucky's Pub, which is large and comfortable restaurant/bar, very handy for the hotel guests. Good food, large selection and great service. The hotel breakfast was decent, hot scrambled eggs and sausage patties, waffles, cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc. Not fancy, but fills you up to get you started for the day. Not much within walking distance of anything, but comfortable pool, hottub, beds. Would definitely stay again if going to activities in the area.

It was a good experience. We tend to be picky people, unfortunately, but this met up with high standards. We would recommend it to anyone. It is kept up and in great repair. It seems all new.

They promised to change sheets after 3 nights and we had to ask them again on the 4th night. Bathroom floor was filthy.

POOR HOUSEKEEPING

It was very disappointing that we stayed 5 nights and asked them to change the sheets after 3 nights but they were still not changed. The last night we stayed we insisted they change them. We have never stayed in a place that did not change sheets regularly. I wiped the bathroom floor with a washcloth after I spilled water and the cloth was black. Water glasses were not emptied in the morning nor was the ice bucket emptied.
