Great location, great staff!

Posted Jan 23, 2017
The staff was so attentive and very nice! Loved the breakfast and the 5pm happy hour! The rooms were clean and it was in a great location close to some good restaurants and not too far from Loon. I would definitely stay here again!

The Inn's evening wine and cheese social hour is provides a great opportunity for guests to meet one another. We're delighted the reviewer enjoyed. Loon is one of five mountains, which are about 25 minutes fro the Inn. Guests can purchase discounted lift tickets too. We're thrilled Krystal enjoyed her stay and look forward to her return.

The Perfect Getaway

Charming & attentive hosts. Clean accommodations & wifi (yeah !). Delicious homemade breakfast goodies with gluten free options. Just a nice place to stay and centrally located between lakes & mountains. Would recommend to family & friends.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your Inn experience with other travelers. Our gluten free menu is always a hit with gluten free visitors. Excellent WiFi is a must in the 21st century. We're currently completely a project that will provide 'even better' connectivity. Our homemade breakfasts continue to generate rave reviews. Location? The inn is situated in the geographic center of NH. The location provides easy access to the state's best scenery and attractions.

Great BnB near Rumney climbing!

Posted Aug 29, 2016 on Hotels
My boyfriend and I went to Glynn House Inn so we can go climbing at Rumney. The BnB is cute and quaint! Rooms are really clean and beds are comfortable. The homemade breakfast is my favorite part! Food is delicious. Glenn was a fabulous host!! Perfect weekend!

Good for a relaxing getaway.

Innkeepers were exceptionally friendly and breakfast was excellent. Helpful with places to eat but not much in the immediate neighborhood. But very relaxing.

Thanks for taking the time to share your Inn experience with other travelers. We're delighted our genuine hospitality was recognized and appreciated. We truly enjoy our guests. I 'think' the second sentence relates to dining options. We have one great choice, which is a five minute walk from the Inn. Another 11 great restaurants are between five and 15 minutes from the Inn by car.

Excellent choice

We spent the day hiking in the White Mountains and were eager for a quaint, comfortable place to relax. Glynn House was perfect - a lovely Inn with fantastic service. Can't recommend highly enough!

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience with others. Hikers staying at the Glynn House Inn are spoiled for choice. There are literally hundreds of different trails. The Inn is an historic, circa 1895 Victorian. Guests enjoy the ambiance. We're delighted Sarah enjoyed her stay.

Staying at a mansion on our way...

Posted Nov 25, 2015 on Hotels
We had tickets to the Castle in the Clouds Christmas event and this was only 25 minutes away, compared to 2.5hours from home. The owner was very nice and helpful, she pointed us to a fantastic restaurant Six Burner Bistro only 5 minute drive. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Although it is walking distance to the original (very first) Common Man restaurant we drove there. They have a quaint gift shop across from the Common Man. We had only a one day/night event there wasn't much more to keep us there an extra night, but we had fun.

We're not usually the B&B type but this was terrific. Glen was very warm with great suggestions on things to do and excellent directions for getting from point A to B.

Dan, Thanks so much for taking the time to share your Inn experience with other travelers. One great reason for staying at a quality bed and breakfast is having the chance to ask local people about the area you're visiting. We've owned and operated our Inn for 10 years. During the interim period, we've learned what visitors like - recreation, shopping, dining, etc - and we share our experience with our guests. Thanks again for staying with us. All the best, Glenn & family

Fall Perfection

Posted Oct 18, 2015
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at The Glynn House as we started our New England tour to see the beautiful colors of fall. What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the charm of New Hampshire!! The hospitality, accommodations, and breakfast were absolutely superior. I especially enjoyed having an early morning cup of hot chocolate on the front porch while viewing the rising sun reveal the incredible foliage colors as it melted away the frost.

We always place fresh coffee and hot water for tea adjacent to guest rooms prior to 7.30 am. During the warmer months, many guests sit on one of our Victorian wraparound porches and enjoy the tranquil setting. We're delighted Gary and his wife also appreciated our breakfasts and hospitality. Come again!
