The hotel was central to the Barbican area which was within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and the shower hot. Parking was available close to the hotel.

Great location for a stay with most locations to visit within a fifteen minute walk. The hotel lobby smells lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good facilities including a decent hairdryer and towels changed daily. The staff on reception are firmest and helpful. The breakfast is lovely with a good variety of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel many times previously. Despite being a GOLD VIP member, I never get any room upgrade or any recognition at all....despite of my asking requesting very politely! The room on this occasion was terrible! So cramped and small for a double room. Space between the bed and the window and curtains was about 1 ft only! I had to walk in sideways ...otherwise I would have hurt my feet each time! Needs having a look at.

Codie the lady at reception who greeted us was lovely, she saw we was staying for a birthday celebration and upgraded our room and gave use a free bottle of bubbles which was really lovely of her to do… staff we engaged with on our stay were friendly . We had an amazing staff and we would stay again in the future

Excellent central hotel, modern, with very comfortable beds. A nice bar with decent food and drink, and a surprisingly good included breakfast. Shops, restaurants, Main Street and marina literally across the road. Only negative was that it was not made clear that the parking is not included in the fee - £10 for 24 hrs.

Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Room clean and comfortable, but hotel is on a busy road which shouldn’t be a problem if the double glazing worked. It doesn’t and every sound from outside can be clearly heard (even passers-by conversations). Walls are bit thin also, so take ear plugs if you want/need a good sleep. Shower strength is a bit weak which is frustrating. Good selection at breakfast at a reasonable price. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay but needs improving if I’m going to stay there again.

Quite convenient. Charming lobby to get away from the cold. Nice color palette in the bedroom. Then staff was able to bring me a portable heater to warm my room little more. Perfect.

Great location
Hotel was an excellent location, bathroom curtain could have been changed for a new one. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and matrace too short for my partner. Also shower temperature in the bathroom was too cold.
