The cottage had everything we wanted’
Parking was easy as well as getting to the beach the second-story deck was an added plus we spent a lot of time up there it was our dog‘s favorite place to be if not on the beach ! we will definitely come back!

Great little place.
My wife and I spent 4 days/3 nights at the property. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. The place was close to several restaurants and only 15 minutes away from downtown Plymouth. Less than a 2 min walk to the beach as well. The listing was accurate and provided all the necessary amenities. Only reason for 4-stars on the cleanliness of the property was due to the bathroom floor mat for the shower not being well cleaned (still some long hairs stuck in it) and the pillow covers in the bedroom had some dog hair on them. Being dog people though, this wasn’t a big issue for us, but it might for some people. Outside this, the place was very clean (counters, floor, fridge, microwave, stove, couches, carpet, etc). Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and beachy
Cute and cozy, the cottage was our first stay in New England on the waterfront. It’s situated tightly within other homes and cottages, with the beach a stroll away. The rooftop deck provided views to make mornings and evenings especially nice. We were fortunate to come mid September so parking and crowds were not an issue. The beach was ours to enjoy!

Great disappointment and ripoff
The only good thing is its location at the White Horse Beach and the ac. It’s a really small hut that pretends to be a holiday home. Lots of litter and building work debris around and under it. The double bed wobbles and squeaks, if you pull out the 2nd bed in the other room, you cannot close the door and the bathroom is rather a walk-in closet (you constantly hurt your elbows when washing yourself.) Now proper glasses, only 3 chairs and on the sun deck only 2 chairs and a rusty folding chair which looks as if it’s from a rubbish yard. Dear evolve team, please inspect this property or take it off your website. It ruins your reputation.

Girls weekend
The property was very nice. Could have been a little cleaner (cob webs ) and luckily I brought toilet paper because there was none. After a long ride that’s the first stop! Parking needs to be more clear. The neighbor had to explain the parking which isn’t bad. But it is important to know there is no parking at the site. However parking is easy and convenient once you understand. The home could use a little TLC otherwise as far as rental units go it was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
