Comfortable Place to stay

Nice lobby/common area, excellent patio on a warm day, bistro serves Starbucks drinks and incredible food! Only tried breakfast at the bistro though. Nice community and there was lots of parking. Some elements of the room were modern but others could use some updating (ie. bathroom). Bed was comfortable.... but I was also dead tired! There was a jug of water in the lobby that had fresh orange and pineapple. This is a must try, It was amazing!! Overall pretty good stay for the money.

Great hotel, despite Expedia issues

The booking was messed up via the internet, expedia was no help getting it resolved, but the Manager at Courtyard (Lauren?) fixed the issue, and made sure my parents were comfortable.

Nice Hotel BUT...

Overall Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. However, this booking indicated a free breakfast for 2 during our overnight stay but this was not the case. Paid for breakfast at Starbucks and was charged $20 which was applied to room fee. I brought this up to receptionist and she wanted to see the email I received from Expedia as verification. I showed her the requested information and she indicated no additional charges to my room which led me to believe that I was credited $20 for the breakfast fee. I just looked on line and there is now a pending charge for $20 to my credit card account. This makes me very unhappy.
