Nice hotel. But one particular staff was rude

Expedia left them a note referencing my early check In but upon arrival this old lady in the front desk could not even listen to me about my reference for early check in even though I showed her the email referencing the early check In request. It was not until she left that the young Lady and the gentleman in the counter was able to find me a room.

Junior suite was a great choice for families with kids. Needed a few more towels which housekeeping promptly delivered. Restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was the somewhat curt and distracted attitude of the hotel operator on staff that day.

great hotel

Pros: room
Cons: nothing
Location: great dinner near by 45 to eagles stadium mall right across from the hotel
Stay here check in at 2pm with no issues. Rented a suit super nice. staff was super nice no issue

The bed was the worst bed ever. My fiance and I got no sleep and i was burnt by the shower several times. There were "curly" black hairs in the shower when we arrived. When we first checked in we were never told about breakfast or where the pool and laundry was. When I asked for our room to be cleaned on the second day because we had a do not disturb sign on the door the woman at the front desk laughed at me, and then told one of the maids to make sure it got cleaned.

Outstanding staff

One of the nicest experiences we have had while traveling. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from upgrading our room to just being very nice people.

They gave me conference room instead of regular

They gave me conference room instead of regular, operator doesn't even answer the phone, no one answers phone, not even after 50 rings may be they answer the phone, operator lied to me that she will send an engineer to look at ac, but she never send, I think they gave me a room because I went through Expedia, may be they would have given me better room Why don't they answer the phone, over all this hotel's service is not what everyone might have expected from Hilton. manager, operator and the person who assigned the room might be racist and they don't care about the customers, and they all have to be fired immediately , definitely the operator has to be fired. Even at the cheap motels front desk person answer the phone. Lady who works in the morning was very rude and don't want to take responsibility of their mistakes and kept on lying and arguing.

Great hotel for good price

Great stay and for the price the hotel is great. Staff was very nice. The room was comfy and clean. Food prices were a bit expensive.
