Kids had a blast

Pros: Location, Full Bar, Pool, Gym, restaurant on location.
Cons: staff being helpful and friendly
Location: The Plymouth Meeting Mall is right across the street. It has Dave and Busters, Buffett, Movie Theatre, and many clothing shops.
Over All experience was nice for the kids. I love the fact that it has a full bar, a very large and colorful lobby, and a nice size swimming pool. It was also very nice that the view of our room was to the swimming pool. and that it has a separate weight room. The location of the mall right across the street is awesome and we spent one of our nights having a great time at Dave and Busters. The kids also enjoyed a Chinese Buffett that is also in the mall.

Stayed for a conference

Location: Great location. Mall with restaurants across the street. Conveniently close to the highway.
I loved the pre-check-in text from the hotel staff. It made me feel expected. (I also welcomed the staff checking in via text throughout my stay.) Parking was ample. Check in was smooth and I appreciated the warm cookie that was offered to me. I like the fact their gift shop is open 24 hours. I did not need/use it but it was nice to know it was there as an option. Public space is superior. Very comfortable furniture. Indoor pool ugly. The hotel info said there was an indoor hot tub but we were told it had been removed several years ago (when we inquired after changing into our suits at the end of a long day). My room suite was very comfortable. The living room couch, chair and large TV all great. The carpet is dingy and the bathroom could have used a refresh. Bed was comfy. Hotel staff was mostly great; but I was underwhelmed at check out when the clerk disappeared for a long time to get me checked out. Where did he go? I actually went back to look for him. Also, I left something in my room and called the next morning. It's been several hours and I'm still waiting to hear back. Food in the restaurant was really good.

A little far off from the main city

Pros: very nice rooms and very spacious
Cons: the attitude of some of the people working there
Location: Plymouth mall is next to the hotel
While the hotel is situated far off from the city however there is a mall next to the hotel from where buses go to the city The attitude of some of the people at the hotel was quite indifferent and never made me feel welcome to the hotel. Felt as though i was looked at with disgust. I was on a vacation with family

Not happy

My room was cold, turn the heat up to 90 and it was still blowing out cold air. Pool water was freezing mind you it's 15 degrees outside so you would think the water would be a little warmer. Had experience never will go there again in the winter.

The worst hotel

Coldest day of the winter no heat in the room they put me in three different rooms with no heat this problem lasted to 1 o clock in the morning no refund or half off the room.

Great location just a little chilly

We have stayed at this hotel several times because it is inexpensive and has a great location. But this time the heater in our room was broken and blowing cold air in the room while the temps outside were in the teens. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work and the shower adjuster ran water between freezing and boiling. Not a good stay.

Nice Hotel and Nice Area

Cons: They should have an USB somewhere in the room for charging smartphones
Location: They have everything you need nearby. Healthy restaurants, Malls, and other fun things (Dave & Busters(
The Hotel experience was great, the room was neatly setup and the hotel guest were amazing as well. They everything you need and they happen to be around a lot of restaurants, mall, and other fun things.

Great Staff

I have to say the staff was the best staff at any hotel I have been to. The only complaint I have is the shower was a little messed up we the water was shooting out everywhere but we put a wash cloth over it and it wasn’t that bad
