Good clean room with all the amenities I needed. A little dated, but well worth the price. Would stay again.

Below Average Local Hotel

I booked a quick stay for 2 nights at this hotel outside of the city. My first sign should have been the dingy elevators. Nonetheless, as soon as I checked in to my room, I walked in the bathroom and there was a bowel movement in the toilet and a razor in the shower. I was totally grossed out. The girl at the front desk who was pretty pleasant, immediately found me another room. My new room had a little bit of an odor, which made me feel uncomfortable, and I didn't want to even sleep in the bed. I ended up cleaning the reclining chair and that's where I slept all night. It seems like the cleaning people need to be trained in how to properly clean the rooms and facilities here. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to another person.

Worse facioity ever.

Pros: Convenient to main highways, restaurants and shopping.
Cons: Everything. Mainly cleanliness.
Location: Highways, restaurants and shopping.
The only reason I booked this hotel was because it was cheap. First of all, calling it a hotel is ridiculous. It was a place to sleep. It was dirty. The lobby, the elevators, the hallways and the general areas were never cleaned. Items from previous guests were left in the hallway for days. I had to tell the desk attendee to remove a water bottle from the front desk after it sat there for days. I had to request a box of tissues. We paid to have our room cleaned. What a joke. The same paper under a table was never touched. The staff had 2 people who knew what they were doing the others were not ready to take that role. They were sloppy and knew nothing about customer service. Also, the staff knew nothing about privacy. I was sitting in the lobby and I overhead an entire conversation criticizing a staff member for allowing an indigent person to use a room.

Highway hotel

Our room was not clean. There was hair all over the bathroom and toothpaste build up all over the sink and counter. When we walked on the floor our feet would stick.

Rude staff and should've been rated 1 star

Arrived at hotel and told there were no rooms at 11am. Told to come back at 12 when there would be rooms. Returned at 12:30 and said no early check in and would have rooms at 3/4, I told them I would leave and book another hotel, then their tune changed. All of a sudden there were rooms available. While I was there, there was a family being evicted, room has drugs etc. Cops were there. I booked based on availability since there was no other hotels available. I wouldn't even recommend if my life depended on it.

the price and location is great, the room was not as clean as id like, it was presentable at best. if i had options i dont think id go back.
