Unfortunately, a member of our party leaned on the kitchen counter in our room and got paint on her sweater as we think they did paint touch ups on it however, when we reported this they didn't apologize or offer some money off for the ruined sweater. Disappointing!!!

Average Hotel

The Staff was nice, and the room was clean. They have a good long breakfast period with both hot and cold food. The price was a little high for what we got though. It is on the outskirts of the city so u have to drive at least 20-30 mins to get anywhere.

The smell of chlorine is HORRIBLE!!!

The indoor pool brings the high smell of chorine throughout the entire lobby! The water by the elevator from the pool is an accident waiting to happen. The noise is never ending and then we went down to the lobby to check out while it was still so early it was dark out from pure frustration and the man said he would let the manager know. That was last week. Never got a follow up call. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have missed some opportunities to take care of you and your guest needs during your visit, regarding the lobby and pool area. However, we have provided new mats to be pulled for a walkway from the pool to the elevator, to ease the tracking of dripping water creating slippery floors. The staff will also monitor the area more frequently through our peak times to keep the area accident free. Overbooked understaffed

Pros: Nice rooms and good location--but they are not putting money in for repairs of equipment...
Arrived on late flight, and found the one room left had no working thermostat... After 30 minutes the hotel staff found another (disability) room, and were able to move me. But they seemed frustrated about state of the equipment in the hotel. Ownership appears to be milking what's left for all its worth.

Clean and convenient

I give this hotel high marks on everything but it’s breakfast. The offerings were adequate but limited as compared to other hotels. I have come to expect waffle batter rather than this hotel’s waffles ready for the toaster. Also, it is nice to have a choice of meats-not just turkey sausage one morning, and eggs, not just eggs that had the consistency of powdered scrambled eggs. They did have oranges and bananas, and a choice of yogurt, though.

We had a family gathering in the area and this hotel was a very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than most.

Really helped out when we were stranded.

Pros: Very nice staff.
Cons: Physical condition. Elevator did not always work.
Location: Met our needs to be close to family
We were stranded in Philadelphia due to the hurricane and they extended our reservation at very reasonable rates.
