“We were a group of 13 and had an awsome stay, Ignacio is a very cool host and speaks both spanish and english so you will not have any problem communicating.
The space outside was what we liked most and it has a great barbacue ;)”

“Clean modern apartment. Great location for the price. Frequent quick busses to the city centre (just tap on with contactless to pay). Reasonable selection of local shops and eateries including traditional restaurants, McDonald’s and a great coffee shop (Michael’s Coffee House). Apartment was a spacious studio apartment with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, sofa, TV, dining table and a nice bathroom. There’s no reception so no awkward interactions with anyone, you are sent access codes……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay. The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back. The interior design is very modern, and takes a bit of getting used to, but after a day or so we quickly adjusted. We only gave four stars for accuracy of online listing, simply because of the number of stairs to the master suite and their design. Anyone uncomfortable……

"If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! Next day morning we ask for compensation as we cannot use the toilet due to the door can not be closed but got insulting from the woman receptionist. She did not feel it is the hotel problem and repeated to say u will check out today! They speak spain language in front of the guest to insult people i can here what they say a bad word on us.
The duvet is wired pls see the photo it is extremely rough and not suitable as a duvet. The cotton towel is dirty it becomes to grey! Not worthy for the price! Far and away from the city centre ! Carpark space is limited u need to park at the residential area not close to the hotel! Horrible hostel!
