One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed om

The staff was so helpful with our whole trip. The room and hotel was clean and the amenities were fantastic. I will be recommending to friends and family

Style over substance

We booked the hotel as we thought it was a 4star plus rated hotel , with 4 star rooms. The hotel was large and generally nice to look at in the lobby/ bar restaurant area . As we checked in we were told we could upgrade our room with gave is access to “ The Level “ but this was a extra €50 each per night ! This offered access to a Tapas area with limited free drink. We declined as we didn’t want to be committed to using the hotel bar / restaurant every day and our room was 4 star and should be ok. The hotel design was almost all stainless steel ( including the corridor walls ) and on entering the room found its quirky over modern design not to our taste. No draws for clothing , very dark with limited lighting . There was a kettle on the table , but no tea or coffee? We later found these and other usually 4 star room amenities were only available in upgraded rooms . Overall the bed was comfortable, the bathroom facilities ok ( strange folding mirror was only mirror in the whole room!). I’m afraid when we return ti Barcelona we will not be staying in this hotel. I will add that the bar staff were very nice on the two nights we sat in the bar although we sent back one item of food as it didn’t taste right ( but was still charged!). With a little re-think and slight standard room upgrade, the hotel could be really good. I wish them well but can’t say we’d return.

Expensive .. but nice hotel

Beautiful hotel .. a little out of the way. Wanted to hurry us out for checkout and kept coming into the room before 10:30 am

Lovely hotel, clean, great views, well located.

Lovely hotel in a good position. Really enjoyed the bar and restaurant Dos Celios on floor 24. Room very clean and also very quiet as could not hear guests either side which is very unusual in a hotel.
