“Got there around 10 pm at night. Had caution tape around front door to desk. Asked front lady to look at room before we stayed. Said if we didn’t like they give a full refund. Sent me to room 217 to check room out. Room was dirty and nasty. Where air conditioning heating combination. Supposed to be below window was missing out of the room. You could clearing see to the outside. So it was an unsecured room. Went back down to front desk. Lady said the would refund me. Said she didn’t know the unit……

“If you are looking for clean, comfortable and quiet this is the hotel for you. Walked into to a freshly cleaned scent. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean and fresh. I can't say anything negative about our stay. Would book again without hesitation. ”

“I was on the ground floor and could hear every step in the room above including the floor and ceiling creaking with every step. I do not normally complain, but when you guys give a property a “good” rating and that doesn’t match the experience at all, that’s concerning. ”
