Out of sync with travelers' needs

Imagine a city with one airport and only one airline serving it. Now imagine a hotel that promises free shuttle service to and from the airport and free breakfasts, but the SCHEDULES for those free services are not synced with local airline's flight schedules. So there's no shuttle service or breakfast for the airline's 7 a.m. departures, and no shuttle pick up for the airline's 10 p.m. arrivals. Be sure to bring cab fare - in cash.
And, sooo much furniture in the rooms that it is difficult for two people to navigate from the bed to the bathroom.
