Dissappointed - they lost a regular

Pros: We used to like the large room, hot hot tub, nice pool
Cons: Everything Hot Tub cold Room was a closet Breakfast cold

Not worth the money!

Cons: Cleaner and nicer/renovated or else drop your $150/night CAD price!
Disappointing for a Best Western Hotel. I wont stay here again when passing through Pocatello.

Very Expensive for what it was, no elevator.

No elevator? Narrow, dark dirty halls and stairways. The room was not too bad, except we had to climb stairs, dragging our luggage, to get to it. The bathroom has one tiny sink and NO counter space at all. About 6 inches on each side of the sink. I won't stay there again. We paid $193.00 for one night!!!! I have stayed at the Fairmont in Maui, Ocean front for less. I mean, come on, this is Pocatello, Idaho.

We do apologize for the inconvenience of no elevator. We have a bellman on for luggage assistance from 7:00am - 11:00pm daily to help alleviate some of the stress.

Stop over night here on way to and from Palm Springs every year. Is is a good stop over place,

Pretty with general area clean. Rooms dirty

Updates have been made but bathroom/shower was dirty and grimy with soapscum and mold so was a turnoff

Travelling thru

Pros: Location
Cons: No elevators. Unless you are on main floor be prepared to haul luggage up stairs!
Passing thru, location good close to I-15. Booked last minute.

Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We do have a bellman on from 7am to 11pm daily to help with any luggage needs of our guests, as we know it can be difficult for some of our guests. We also do our best to honor guest requests like first floor rooms.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

This was the first vacation I have had with my children in 2 years. I travel a lot for work and rarely have any problems. I took my children here for 3 nights and the first night was okay. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up each morning very stiff and with my back aching. The room was very small. The worst part of the stay were our 2nd and 3rd nights. My children and I were out all day and when we got back they were excited to go swimming in the pool (which is advertised as a 24 hour pool). The hotel had booked at least two groups with a lot of children and the children were unruly and causing problems during the day, so the night maintenance gentleman chose to create a "curfew" requiring all children to be back in there rooms by 10:00 pm. My children got included in that, even though we were not a part of the problem and they were supervised at all times. Our third night, we tried to go earlier, but by the time we got there they were closing the pool due to flooding caused by some of the children earlier. We were told it would be closed for the night, so I ended up taking my children to a movie. When we got back I noticed that they allowed adults into the pool area, so again my children couldn't go. The staff didn't seem to care that my children were not a part of the problem, but they were banned anyway. The staff should have done a better job at enforcing that the children be supervised and maybe they wouldn't have had a problem.

I would like to apologize for the issues with the pool during your stay. The bellman does not have the authority to create a curfew for any of our guests. We do ask guests to quiet down at 10:00pm, but that is it. It has nothing to do with area of the building, especially if you were with your children in the pool area. The front desk agents are also not allowed to close the pool for the whole night, they are only allowed to close it as long as it is needed to clean it should flooding happen. If they told you that only adults were allowed in there I am very sorry and will be speaking with all staff that worked. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.

Nice hotel but noise with people in the hall coming and going and people getting ice at the ice machine. The sink are was small.

Nice hotel. Easy to get there.

I enjoyed my stay here. Only complaint, rooms are very dark. Hard to do make up, read, etc.
